29/04/2025: Nach einer tollen Fahrt bis in 1000m Höhe sahen wir unsere Unterkunft in Dramen von der anderen Talseite. Das Essen war sehr lecker und leider gibt es solche Gasthäuser in D sehr selten noch zu finden. Service sehr freundlich und die Weinauswahl ist super zu moderaten Preisen. Da macht das Geniessen Spass. Gerne wieder und Klasse das so viele eigene Produkte vom Hof verarbeitet werden. Man schmeckt!

13/06/2025: A place to fall in love with – we'll be back! From the very first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome – the entire team is warm, attentive, and simply fantastic. The food was a poem – prepared with so much love and full of flavor. The cocktails were little works of art, perfect to enjoy after a fulfilling day. Our room was a dream: stylishly furnished, with a whirlpool and direct access to the sunbathing lawn – a little paradise to unwind. The sauna infusion was also a real experience. The surrounding area invites you to wonderful hikes, and Merano is just a stone's throw away. The view is simply fantastic – even if it was a bit hazy. A place that touches body and soul. We'll definitely be back – and are now enjoying our last few days here.

12/06/2025: An unforgettable stay at Solea – highly recommended! We were fortunate enough to spend a week at Solea South Tyrol – and it was simply fantastic! We received a warm welcome upon check-in and felt welcome from the very first moment. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, courteous, and always professional – you can immediately tell that they work with passion. The room (we had the Secret Garden Room) was beautifully and stylishly furnished – with its own whirlpool on the terrace, which provided absolute relaxation. The food was a real highlight every day: creative, high-quality, and prepared with great attention to detail. Both visually and tastefully, it was simply top-notch – a delight for all the senses! The drinks selection was also excellent – ​​from fine wines to creative cocktails, everything perfectly matched and of high quality. We would especially like to highlight the Black Jack evening, which was not only a lot of fun but also well-organized – the prizes were fantastic, and the atmosphere simply magnificent. Conclusion: If you're looking for relaxation, top-notch cuisine, and first-class service, Solea is the place for you. We'll definitely be back – and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

13/06/2025: We stayed at the guest house for six days and had a smooth, pleasant experience. The space was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back in the future.

09/05/2025: I spent 5 days in the holiday apartment and apart from little things, I can warmly recommend it. The apartment was clean, adequately equipped and had a great view. It felt a bit like a holiday on the farm, there are cows, sheep (of which I had to save one :D), cats, chickens, rabbits and much more. In the morning you can get fresh eggs, bacon, bread and much more. order that comes directly from the farm. In terms of price it was also completely fine and reasonable. You can reach a number of hiking trails within 5 minutes or you can start directly from there; the larger cities such as Meran or Bolzano can be reached within 30 minutes (by car). Briefly, the small points of criticism. The apartment does not have fly screens, which is an absolute no-go, especially in spring/summer The apartment is noisy, you can hear what is happening underneath you You share hot water with the other apartments, which can be a bit annoying after a strenuous day of hiking.

04/06/2025: Arrivati fuori orario per il pranzo ci hanno fatto accomodare con gran cortesia. Un antipasto di speck di alta qualità e trote affumicate, le più buone mai mangiate. Gentili nel servizio, corretti con il conto. Grazie!!!

22/05/2025: Il titolo nasce dalla posizione , una valle laterale regno della tranquillità. Struttura recente pulita e ordinata. A partire dal titolare e poi tutto il personale sono di una notevole disponibilità. La colazione è ricca per quantità e qualità dei prodotti, non conosciamo le cose cucinate al momento perchè non è nostra abitudine. Ottima la cena , ristretta la scelta ma alta la qualità, ci è stato proposto il bis delle portate ma abbiamo preferito tenere posto per il dolce che si è rivelato eccellente. Importante per gli interessati ,garage per la moto. L unica cosa non in equilibrio è la dimensione della sauna finlandese, molto bella, e la quantità di posti della zona relax. Noi siamo stati benissimo perchè non affollata. Concludo con la certezza di tornarci e nel frattempo lo consigliamo agli amici.

27/04/2025: Because of the great review, we wanted to eat at Bittnerhof today. Hot food is only available until 3 p.m., says the landlord. We were there at 4 p.m., well then only cold dishes. Wanted a menu that doesn't do you any good. We have 3 types of cake, or a snack platter, he says. Ordered cake and snack plate. He forgot his snack. We paid quickly and had a nice meal in the town below. Unfortunately the visit was a disappointment.

24/06/2025: We spent two weeks at this hotel and can recommend it: a good atmosphere, a wonderful garden with both shady and sunny areas, and a beautiful, clean pool, a quiet location, and very friendly staff. The rooms were good, with balconies. It's just that our room was supposed to be 35 square meters, which can't be true. The breakfast was good and sufficient, though a bit of variety would have been nice. The behavior of some guests, who occasionally filled the lounge area with loud voices in the evenings, was not pleasant. Perhaps things would be a little different if staff were present in the evenings and the hotel wasn't left to its own devices.

09/06/2025: Hope to not sound too much like an AI bot, or being payed, but I think this is a hidden gem. The nicest and best hotel staff I have ever met. Room are clean, breakfast is good and plenty, and just sitting at the pool is fantastic. Also just taking a nice hike around the hotel through the wine mountains was unforgettable. Overall, perfect for travelers. The hotel is located right in the middle of Merano and Bolzano. Train station is 6 min away by foot, and from there 20 min with the train to either city. With the hotel you get a public transport pass, making all trains and busses free.

27/03/2025: Excellent Hotel with spacious and very clean rooms and a nice terrace. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory at the buffet. Staff attentive to every need. Applause to everyone for the welcome. Too bad, only, for the pool too small. Hotel near the TAUFERS Castle worth a visit, to the Riva waterfalls and to go skiing with a convenient ski bus. Not to forget the nice afternoon snack. Equipped with a covered garage for a fee (10.00 euros per day)

08/04/2025: This review is solely based on hotel policy as my partner and I didn't get an opportunity to stay at the location. I found out after booking my nonrefundable stay through a third party platform that I am pregnant and for medical purposes unable to travel at time of reservation. My doctor communicated this in a letter to the hotel but the staff were unwilling to cancel or use funds for future travel. It feels rather unempathetic to not acknowledge this need and for these reasons I will not be recommending this hotel now or in the future.
