07/08/2025: A yes, I would really like to recommend Enk to others. It's been a long time since I was with Enk, but the memory is saved in my heart. Now I'm going to look at the bear-like pictures and then I'll look further. Maybe I'll come back again. I need anticipation in any case. It seems that the Enzianhütte is still there. Nice summer time.

17/07/2025: The cheese in the croissant tasted like orange, Pistachio Croissant had no pistachio filling, On top of that they didn’t have any coffee. I don’t recommend that place doesn’t deserve the high rating.

07/02/2025: To my regret, I must admit that in the past the pizza was larger and thicker (just look at the photos from 2/3 years ago). Now, it is thin like a normal pizza from a pizzeria. It's no longer a shovel (just for the shape) I understand that the costs of living are increasing but putting an extra (basil) at €1 and 1 1.5 liter bottle of cola at €4.50 seems excessive to me.

13/07/2025: A bit dated, but a nice and clean house. Very well-maintained, large pool. The bathroom in the apartment room was not up to date. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired – except for the plentiful and good breakfast. Dinner was very nicely arranged and delicious. We always had to ask for more drinks. A shame, otherwise it was quite okay!

12/06/2025: The hotel is small and charming, and the staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms are rather simple, but well-maintained and very clean. There's an outdoor pool, which, like the rest of the area, is also very well-kept. The four-course dinner and the breakfast buffet were excellent. If you eat outside or have the window open, you shouldn't be bothered by the loud church bells, as they're less than 100 meters away. We would still book again.

20/07/2025: Unfortunately, disappointing. We sat in the beer garden and were repeatedly ignored by the staff before finally, rather reluctantly, being asked to come inside – as apparently, no food service is offered outside. This information was neither friendly nor timely, which already marked an unpleasant start. The food tasted okay, but nothing special – ultimately, a matter of taste. The service was much more problematic: Despite being clearly understaffed, the staff were very inattentive. It took about 30 minutes for anyone to even take our order, and the drinks also took a long time to arrive. There was no genuine apology for the long wait or the disorganized process – merely a clichéd remark that seemed uninspired or credible. Conclusion: Not a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

25/07/2025: A truly beautiful restaurant, even though it's self-service. A wide selection of starters and main courses. Plenty of space inside and out. The waiters are incredibly kind and helpful. The chefs are also exceptional. Definitely worth a visit!

07/08/2025: Siamo venuti a Merano con amici per un pranzo veloce. Location bella nell'interno, rivedibile nell'esterno. Ottimo la scelta proposta dal menu con diversi piatti, specie le ribs, il goulash(anche se secco) e la crema catalana come dolce. Male il servizio, distratto e poco attento e con battute evitabili. Conto nella norma.

07/08/2025: Einfach lecker 😋 nette, aufmerksame Bewirtung. Leckeres Essen, angemessene Preise. Haben einmal die Karte durchprobiert: Pasta, Pizza, Knödel, Burger. Alles wirklich lecker ☺️ danke für den gelungenen Abend!

23/07/2025: Far and away the only restaurant where you can eat. The restaurant was completely full, both the outdoor garden and inside. There was one waitress for the whole restaurant, really one man behind the bar, so you can imagine what it was like. We didn't get the menu, we had to take it, we ordered drinks at the bar, then the waitress arrived, we ordered a schnitzel for which we waited for about 40 minutes. Fortunately it was good. Prices high.

Cucina davvero eccellente, varia nel rispetto della più antica tradizione pusterese.Accoglienza, ospitalità e professionalità contraddistinguono questa baita che vi farà vivere un’esperienza unica ed indimenticabile!

17/03/2025: Positive: - Very nice, sparkling clean suite, friendly staff - Good multi-course menu in the evening for €29 - Good breakfast - Ski room accessible from the outside with a separate lockable locker - Price/performance is good Negative: - Moody strange innkeeper with several inappropriate comments. The “great, friendly hospitality” that we are usually used to in South Tyrol is not present here at all. - The location is right next to the loud, extremely busy main road SS40 "Sleeping like on the median strip of the motorway". - Outside St. Valentine. Conclusion: We will no longer book the hotel!

26/07/2025: Really cute neighborhood bar run by a super friendly and helpful woman. I've only tried the strudel, but I have to say it's absolutely delicious! The coffee is good and reasonably priced. Recommended!
