18/03/2026: I've been coming to Merano for work for eight years once a month, and Trattoria Da Dante is a must. I'm Venetian, I know a thing or two about fish, and I love eating it, and the food here is truly excellent. The only drawback is that it's often difficult to get a table because it's always crowded. It's best to book. The location? Very basic, but that's not his fault. However, if you prefer the location, don't come; if you prefer good food, come quickly.

21/02/2026: We visit this restaurant often and can honestly say it's one of our favorites, a definite recommendation. The service is very kind, attentive, and friendly. The decor is a bit rustic, even a little old-fashioned, but that's precisely what makes it special. The food is always very good: I especially recommend the mussels and the fillet steak! For dessert, the tiramisu is always a real treat. Reservations are highly recommended, as the restaurant is always very busy!

23/12/2025: What a beautiful hotel! First, let's talk about the location in Weißenbach. The hotel is situated more or less right at the entrance to the village and is surrounded by beautiful, high mountains. From there, you can embark on some wonderful and challenging hikes, for example, to the Oberer Moosboden or the Chemnitzer Hütte. The rooms are beautifully designed, very clean, and always stocked with fresh (free) water. At breakfast, you're very kindly asked for anything you need and can indulge in the abundant selection at the buffet. Dinner is prepared with so much care and is always plentiful. You can usually choose from one or two appetizers and desserts, and the main courses are generally served in three portions. The staff are so friendly and attentive, and the owner is very dedicated and approachable. All in all, you simply feel comfortable here as a guest and would love to return. Thank you to the team for a wonderful vacation!

18/12/2025: We spent three wonderful days at the Berghotel Alpenfrieden in Rio Bianco and couldn't have asked for more. It was a perfect vacation in every way. Andreas's welcome was truly exceptional: he made us feel welcome right away with his professionalism and warmth. The entire team was incredible: kind, attentive to our every need, and always smiling. The hotel is ideally located for those seeking true relaxation. Rio Bianco is an authentic village where a unique peace reigns and there are very few people, making it a true paradise for unwinding. We loved the annex: the pool and sauna are wonderful, and our little girl had a blast, making her stay special too. The cuisine is excellent, with carefully prepared and tasty dishes, and the cleanliness is unbeatable throughout the property. All this at an excellent value. In short: an experience with top marks. Heartfelt thanks to Andreas and all the staff; we'll definitely be back!

01/05/2026: The staff was really friendly. I asked for a change of dish and they accommodated me. Good food and great prices. Well done.

08/04/2026: The food was really good, except for the salad bar. The quality of the salad bar didn't match the rest of the menu. It was a bit too expensive for what was offered. The restaurant at the campsite offers better value for money. The service was the worst part, though definitely not bad. It just didn't live up to expectations.

20/10/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Kronsbühl! The rooms are very nice and spacious. The pool above the hotel is in a fantastic location. From the hotel, we were able to enjoy many beautiful hikes. Merano is an hour's walk away, and about 15 minutes by car. Many thanks to the friendly Schöpf family and their attentive staff.

05/10/2025: On the Merano High Trail, I was privileged to stay overnight in a 1,000-year-old house. The accommodation is lovingly run and family-friendly. The dinner and breakfast are delicious and beautifully presented... I felt very comfortable...

27/01/2026: Excellent hotel, we stayed two nights and everything was perfect. Beautiful room, lovely wellness area, excellent breakfast and super-superb dinner. The staff was always friendly and helpful. There's a bike path in front of the hotel, a bus stop 30 meters away, and ample parking. Kudos to the management and all the staff.

05/01/2026: The refuge is exactly what it promises: no more, no less than many others. Nothing memorable, nothing particularly thoughtful. It's a shame that what makes the experience truly unique is the glass of water, served with such ease alongside an espresso and a hot chocolate...for €1.60. 27/12/2025: We stayed at Penserhof Alpenhotel from December 24th to 27th. We spent Christmas in this enchanting place, with comfort and lots of good food. The staff (family) were polite and helpful. Wonderful people run this place. I'm a cook and I can tell you that the cuisine here is simple and authentic, with the raw materials that make the difference, not to mention the breakfast with their products. I noticed a respect for everything in this wonderful jewel, especially the very important issue of waste. Surrounded by nature and warmth, we had a wonderful holiday, just like at home. Thank you, we'll definitely be back.
