Hearty, traditional cuisine at a fair price. The menu is concise, and everything on your plate is delicious. The locals clearly feel at home here, yet tourists don't feel out of place. The grilled vegetables with goat cheese and the food freshly grilled by the owner's father always draw us back.

So, everything is PERFECT!!!!! THE BOSS IS ALWAYS IN A HURRY AND MAKES THE RESTAURANT THE WAY THE CUSTOMERS WANT IT.... THE SERVANTS, EVERYONE, ARE VERY ACCOMMODATE AND VERY, VERY POLITE. HATS OFF, EVERYTHING IS SENSATIONAL!!!!!!!!

18/01/2026: Very enjoyable dinner with good service and food Not cheap but definitely worth an evening dinner treat if staying in Selva. Dining room is very warm and inviting, our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. Food was very good - particularly black cod, and a fantastic orange and tangerine mousse. My only critique would be that the 1kg ribeye steak we ordered for 3 of us contained a lot of bone and fat. The meat itself was really tasty and cooked perfectly but for €150 I would have expected more quantity.
08/01/2026: Fantastic chateaubriand ( served sizzling on a hot slate so you can cook it a bit more if you like) and Rocher dessert. Great service too. Budget and vegetarian options are also available, onion soup is good!

Pizzeria Ristorante Europa

12/02/2026: For my lunch break at the office, I ordered some vegetables. They arrived very quickly, hot and delicious, accompanied by some slices of their warm, fragrant homemade bread. A very positive experience. I'll try eating there soon.
09/01/2026: Amazing local Italian pizza. We took primavera and prosciutto. Amount of toppings is extremely generous and pizza is incredibly delicious and fulfilling Great place, next time when I’m in Bolzano I’ll definitely come here!
