26/07/2025: The hotel is in an excellent location. The view is spectacular. The interior is meticulously maintained, down to the smallest details. BUT: - Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, meaning if you arrive early after a motorcycle trip, you'll have to wait outside the hotel in the rain until 2:00 PM. - There's a small spa, but there are no bathrobes in the room, and even worse, there's no phone to call the receptionist. We had to call the hotel from our cell phone; a person from another hotel answered, and only after a while did we get our bathrobes. - Corner room with a beautiful view, but a bathroom so small you can barely fit in, and even worse, no shelf or hook to hang towels. In conclusion: very poor value for money. It's very expensive considering the inconvenience.

15/07/2025: We loved it! It's a small and cozy hotel. The breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed at in the Dolomites!

20/06/2025: Too expensive. The ham and cheese platter, especially for €25, is way too expensive, IMHO. Drinks are also at least €1.50 more than usual. The quality is good.

16/07/2025: Steinraffler es un hermoso restaurante con una vista impresionante sobre Brixen. El ambiente es acogedor y tiene un ambiente encantador, familiar: padre e hijo trabajan juntos aquí, creando una experiencia verdaderamente especial. Los platos se preparan con tanto amor y cuidado. Me gustó especialmente el aperitivo de trucha. Mi padre tenía el plato de burrata y también le gustó mucho. Estaba fresco, delicadamente sazonado y simplemente delicioso. La carne estaba maravillosamente tierna, tal como me gusta, y el postre era un sueño absoluto: una combinación perfecta de albaricoque y chocolate. El joven chef Julián hace un trabajo increíble, trabajando con pasión y dedicación se puede sentir en cada detalle. Definitivamente voy a volver!

03/07/2025: Beim Steinraffler hat die nächste Generation übernommen! Der Ausblick und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft sind geblieben. Das Essen hat ein neues Level erreicht, Peter, der Bub machst sensationell! Danke Danke

29/04/2025: Nach einer tollen Fahrt bis in 1000m Höhe sahen wir unsere Unterkunft in Dramen von der anderen Talseite. Das Essen war sehr lecker und leider gibt es solche Gasthäuser in D sehr selten noch zu finden. Service sehr freundlich und die Weinauswahl ist super zu moderaten Preisen. Da macht das Geniessen Spass. Gerne wieder und Klasse das so viele eigene Produkte vom Hof verarbeitet werden. Man schmeckt!

12/01/2025: Schõnes Lokal mit traumhafter Aussicht und super Essen ,zum Teil aus der Produktion vom eigenen Bauernhof .Das Service ist sehr sympatisch und professionell ..

20/07/2025: Pizza e mosche, birra e mosche, pasta e mosche. Respirate a bocca chiusa altrimenti ingerite una mosca. Un posto invaso di mosche e non capisco come facciano loro stessi a lavorare così, lì dentro.

18/07/2025: Consigliato dalle recensioni eravamo in 5 su prenotazione. Aspettato 40 minuti per una pizza, poi arrivate tagliatelle con finferli dopo 50 minuti, una pasta al ragù dopo 60 , canederli dopo 70 e un insalata dopo 80 minuti. Ognuno ha mangiato per suo conto. Se la cucina non è in grado di tenere le prenotazioni prenderne meno. Terribile, con caldo e mosche all'interno. Mai più!

06/08/2025: A very nice restaurant with friendly and attentive service. The food was served quickly and freshly prepared. The portions are generous – leftovers were easy to pack. The value for money is excellent. We'll be happy to come back!

17/06/2025: Das Restaurant liegt sehr zentral und hat sehr schicke Tischdecken und Stoffservietten. Das Essen war schön angerichtet, wurde schnell serviert und war sehr lecker. Die Kellner sehr aufmerksam und schnell.

30/06/2025: The place is very nice but the prices are too high for the food offered, in Val di Non we found the trio of canederli at 9.5 euros on average here at 13.5, so we avoided them, we opted for the second course of the day: three slices of roast veal with a little overcooked rice and a little carrots and peas 19.90 euros, then 5 euros for a bottle of water (75 cl?) is a bit too much. The place is worth it but the prices! Is it because of the historical place or maybe Bolzano is a bit expensive?

20/06/2025: We ate something from the small menu in the afternoon, which was still delicious, and we were glad that anything was still open. Highly recommended: the toasted Vinschgauer sausage topped with bacon, ham, and cheese.

20/07/2025: The place looks like something out of a fairytale. Surrounded by nature, it offers a breathtaking view of the Sciliar mountain. The restaurant is delicious and top-quality. The rooms are very charming, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The only downside is the slightly high prices...but it's definitely worth it!

16/07/2025: The location in Merano is great, but the snacks are served in a different class. While the table next door (2 Aperols) received three different snacks, we (a non-alcoholic cocktail and a large beer) only received a handful of chips. Large beer €6 Non-alcoholic cocktail €6.50

15/07/2025: We stopped in spontaneously because the bar/café looked so nice. We ordered a cocktail 🍸, among other things, which is why we also got a few snacks... The staff is friendly and attentive, but the cocktails here are a bit more expensive than in other places.
