If you appreciate down-to-earth cuisine and friendly people, this is the place for you. A traditional alpine hut as it should (ideally) be: unpretentious, warm, and authentic. The owner is even happy to give hiking tips if needed.

A lovely spot to relax and feel at ease. The food was delicious.

June 2026 A beautifully situated alpine pasture with a lovely hostess. Wonderful panoramic views. Very, very good bacon dumplings and coleslaw 🤩🤩🤩 truly delicious 😋 The cake was so-so – fresh is of course better 🤭 But no matter, still full stars 🌟 because the alpine pasture is just the way I like it 😍 simply not too crowded, but nice and cozy 🫶 PS: The descent to the alpine pasture from above via trail 2 is quite steep 🥾

Beautiful alpine pasture with fantastic panoramic views. Friendly service. Traditional Austrian cuisine. We've rarely eaten such good roast beef on an alpine pasture; the vegetables were perfectly cooked. A big compliment to the kitchen. We'll definitely be back.
