Very good quality! Try the apple strudel

Picked up an apple strudel and a focaccia cheese and tomato sandwich. Sadly we have no pics but the food was delicious. Our server very kindly cut up the giant strudel so we could share one between two - you need to be quite hungry if you have one to yourself! So make sure you pop into Panetteria Grandi if you want the best strudel in Bolzano but there is much, much more you can try too! 😋

We had already been to this bakery a few years ago, and we returned because we were on holiday in Bolzano again, and this time too we found quality products and fantastic cured meats. Well done!

I love the overall feel of this place. It has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The decor is simple but warm, and it gives off a very local, down-to-earth vibe. The food reflects that too, everything is handmade with care. To my knowledge, it’s one of the only bakery in the area that still bakes fresh in the historic part of the city, and you can absolutely taste the difference.

Very good bakery, friendly staff, vegan options

It’s a small but charming place, with a wide variety of products that all look truly spectacular. Everything has that homemade touch that makes the difference, and the croissants are simply delicious. We ordered 5 croissants for a total of €7, an excellent value for money.
