26/07/2025: They did not disclose the amount. We ordered a family pizza, which was supposed to be 15 euros, and they added 7 euros to choose the filling. There is no credibility. It was supposed to be 15 euros without adding any amounts.

16/06/2025: Ein Café an der Passerpromenade mit ausgesprochen freundlichem, zuvorkommendem Personal. Insbesondere an warmen Tagen eignen sich die Sitzplätze mit dem Rücken an der Passer.

23/05/2025: We have already been customers of the restaurant in Bressanone so we knew what to expect... it was still a pleasant surprise for the friendly, kind and helpful staff, the service, the quality of the food and the ease of parking. We arrived with the intention of a super meat meal, even though we are heavyweights, we were unable to finish what they brought us, thanks to the endless side dishes that are served. The meat is really excellent, cooked perfectly. Another point in favor of the place is that in addition to the churrascaria there is also a pizzeria in case of quick meals or if someone does not want an excessive load of proteins ... It is worth stopping if you pass by those parts.

05/05/2025: We came here for a stopover - it's nice to sit outside and we were served quickly. Pizza is only available until around 2 p.m. There are even a few vegan options.

04/05/2025: My partner and I, every year for his birthday, decide to celebrate in this wonderful structure. Staff attentive to the smallest details, welcoming and really kind. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The food is of excellent quality, both at breakfast and dinner. There is a parking space in the structure, certainly a convenience! For us it is a reconfirmation every year! Well done everyone!

09/07/2025: A lovely experience, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and dinner, average rooms, but with a lovely flower-filled balcony. Excellent location for visiting Merano and the surrounding area, nestled in a small, very quiet village, but with all the services, bars, and restaurants.

04/06/2025: Arrivati fuori orario per il pranzo ci hanno fatto accomodare con gran cortesia. Un antipasto di speck di alta qualità e trote affumicate, le più buone mai mangiate. Gentili nel servizio, corretti con il conto. Grazie!!!

22/05/2025: Il titolo nasce dalla posizione , una valle laterale regno della tranquillità. Struttura recente pulita e ordinata. A partire dal titolare e poi tutto il personale sono di una notevole disponibilità. La colazione è ricca per quantità e qualità dei prodotti, non conosciamo le cose cucinate al momento perchè non è nostra abitudine. Ottima la cena , ristretta la scelta ma alta la qualità, ci è stato proposto il bis delle portate ma abbiamo preferito tenere posto per il dolce che si è rivelato eccellente. Importante per gli interessati ,garage per la moto. L unica cosa non in equilibrio è la dimensione della sauna finlandese, molto bella, e la quantità di posti della zona relax. Noi siamo stati benissimo perchè non affollata. Concludo con la certezza di tornarci e nel frattempo lo consigliamo agli amici.

01/07/2025: Location easy to reach on foot from the center or by car with several parking spaces nearby. You can eat inside in different rooms or outside. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Wide selection of pizzas all really good. You can also request lactose-free mozzarella. The dishes of the kitchen are also very good. Recommended!

Solo perché il primo scelto alla fine era buono (anche se, a dirla tutta, il menù prevedeva poche specialità locali ed elaborazioni discutibili, oppure piatti non tipici, come i miei strozzapreti, che sono trentini...). Su tutto il resto stendiamo un velo pietoso perché è evidente che la gestione del locale è in mano a personale totalmente inadeguato, incapace di gestire i picchi e a rapportarsi con la clientela in modo cortese e professionale. Prima di tutto: il tavolo me lo sono creato da solo, spostando barili e sedie. Dopodiché, anziché ringraziarmi, il caposala ha pensato bene di farmi ordinare e ammonirmi di non scappare senza pagare perché ci sono le telecamere a sorvegliare. Ma io mi chiedo: ma che modi sono? Additarmi come un ladro così, gratuitamente? Vergogna! Quantomeno, avrei gradito un servizio impeccabile, e invece in una giornata da tutto esaurito, il personale era ai minimi storici, un'ora per un primo piatto e, a mia domanda su che fine avesse fatto (stavano mangiando tutti i tavoli che avevano ordinato dopo di me che ero da solo, primi piatti compresi), la prima risposta è stata "no non puoi chiedere", la seconda è stata "se hai ordinato arriva", e solo la terza volta magicamente è comparso il piatto. Ho quindi evitato il dolce e pensavo di bere un caffè al banco. Cosa invece non possibile e quindi l'ho dovuto ordinare. Stessa scena. A quel punto, avendo già pagato con l'ordine, sono entrato io al banco a ritirarlo in autonomia: era sul bancone che aspettava da chissà quanto. Che vergogna. E soprattutto, che imbarazzo: la Badia non ha bisogno di locali del genere, che si fregiano di essere rifugi storici e invece farebbero meglio a cedere il passo ad altri!

13/07/2025: We were there for dinner. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the service and quality of the food. All the dishes were excellent. We would love to come back and can definitely recommend a visit!

07/08/2025: Bello chalet, infelicemente collocato dietro un distributore di carburante lungo la statale 244. Per la clientela è comunque disponibile un piccolo parcheggio privato scoperto lato struttura. L’ambiente è accogliente. Curiosa la “casetta interna” in stile rustico tipo chalet dove poter cenare. Servizio puntuale, cordiale, di buon livello. Cucina di qualità e quantità, ottima anche come pizzeria. Al dessert, è curiosa la presentazione dell’affogato, servito con bricchetto del caffè a parte. In sintesi: un bel locale, una buona proposta, un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

02/07/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Heubad last week and felt very comfortable in our beautiful room. The hotel offers an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, massages, and much more. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and competent. Breakfast was excellent, and the 5-course dinner left nothing to be desired – delicious wines rounded off the experience. The free bus service takes you to hiking areas and towns like Bolzano or Bressanone. For us, it was pure relaxation.

03/05/2025: Thank you, once is enough. The room was very nice and comfortable, the food and generally the price-performance ratio of the half board was good, as was the massage (the hay bath wasn't my cup of tea, however). It was unpleasant as a single guest to be seated at breakfast and dinner in a small room at a cat table in the middle of four married couples chatting loudly and not being able to change that. The young lady at reception was very nice, but unfortunately the same can't be said about some of the other representatives of the staff: the downright rudeness of the older waitress, the junior manager (?) and the senior manager (?) were completely inexplicable to me.

20/05/2025: I love the overall feel of this place. It has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The decor is simple but warm, and it gives off a very local, down-to-earth vibe. The food reflects that too—everything is handmade with care. To my knowledge, it’s one of the only bakery in the area that still bakes fresh in the historic part of the city, and you can absolutely taste the difference.
