Già da semper one dei migliori panifici in Alto Adige ed oltre. Ora the figure of Vince has a prize for both the old and the global ambitions. With rispetto and compliments.

17/08/2024: We returned this year after the good experience last year... but something must have changed because the service was not up to par (they brought us the cold cuts at the end of the meal when we no longer wanted them but they told us to eat them anyway). I had a cutlet but it was more of a chicken breast with flour and cooked in a pan with plenty of oil. Slice overcooked (requested with blood and it arrived barely pink. The quality of the meat was still good). This year a disappointment.
15/08/2024: Very nice restaurant in the hotel. We had dinner there several times. Very tasty, good value for money, friendly service.
Recommended. The steak tonight was super tasty.

07/08/2024: Confinante col museo delle miniere della val ridanna, la Knappenstube è veramente un locale molto tipico, con menù vario e piatti tipici come le frittelle di patate servite con i crauti, i canederli di vari gusti, la polenta con i funghi ed i dolci che sono fenomenali!! Servizio veloce e cortesia del personale.
12/07/2024: E' un locale di riferimento per noi e per i nostri amici/familiari.
Qui vai sempre a colpo sicuro per poter consumare un pranzo o una cena o solo per prendere qualcosa di fresco o un buon dolce dalle porzioni abbondanti dopo un'escursione estiva o per scaldarti dopo una passeggiata sulla neve.

06/08/2024: Delicious pizza, friendly people, quick service, and there's always a table free. Not super "trendy" , but Angelo is cool.
13/07/2024: We ordered pizza for home delivery for the first time. The expectations created by the images were fully met by reality. Quality ingredients, super stuffed pizzas, very pleasant pasta, which retains its crunchiness until the end. The next day, reheated, they are just as good! Fast and punctual delivery. Excellent experience.

10/06/2024: Ganz freundlicher Service und die besten Käseknödel, die ich je gegessen habe! Wir waren nach einer Wanderung auf der Himmelstour zum Rittner Horn bereits zweimal hier eingekehrt - und es war beide Male großartig!!!
05/06/2024: Wir haben hier mittags den 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes gefeiert. Wir hatten vorab ein kleines Menü abgestimmt und wurden durch die komplette Kulinarik der Feltuner Hütte geführt! Einschließlich einer top Weinberatung und einem Service, der seines gleichen sucht. Ein tolles Idyll auf dem Rittner Horn, super geführt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

12/07/2024: Ottimo posto, facilmente raggiungibile, parcheggio disponibile, panini per tutti i gusti e con prodotti veramente di ottima qualità, anche gli aperitivi sono ben fatti, attraenti le proposte delle bowls che la prossima volta proveremo sicuramente, una bella realtà a Vipiteno. Svariate personalizzazioni possibili per i burger, menu per bambini ed una discreta lista dolci completano il tutto assieme al personale veramente attento e cortese. Super consigliato!

08/08/2024: Spectacular location on the top of Plan de Corones. The Alpinn does not betray the expectations I had. Dishes with strong flavors and typical mountain ingredients in a modern twist.
The open kitchen is also very nice

19/08/2024: Excellent restaurant in Merano, with a large car park outside which is very convenient, the dishes are very good, there is everything including meat and also excellent fish, we come here often, I recommend everyone to try it. Friendly services. The pizzas are also very good.
16/08/2024: Very well maintained, simple but good hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are tip top clean. There is also a bus stop nearby to get to the beautiful city center. But walking would also be possible. Ideal for a detour to Merano.

First I want to focus on the Hotel and the Team that pampered us for 5 days and of course on the owners of the Alpen Hotel.
Spotless rooms.
"Refined" and excellent cuisine.
All the staff, as already mentioned, super professional.
Always with a smile on his face.
A breathtaking view!
And give me a special hug to the lady at the reception, Leonora, who explained to us every day the routes to follow according to our needs...
In short, try it to believe it!!!

03/08/2024: Been a fan of Boia for years, Marco and Christian are the best! Every dish tastes excellent, our favorites remain the caponata, fritto misto and the cannoli. Don't miss it when you're in Merano!!
