25/02/2025: We ate very well, everyone was kind and quick. Best to book and almost always full.

24/02/2025: Piacevole locale a conduzione familiare. Ideale per chi non è alla ricerca della bellezza della location ma dal buon cibo e dell'ospitalità. Piatti molto buoni e porzioni abbondanti. Gelato artigianale molto buono. Consigliato!

16/03/2025: Bar and restaurant right on the slopes – perfect location for a break in between. However, I can only give it 4 stars because the staff was unfortunately a bit unfriendly. In addition, the cookies from the counter were placed on the plate with bare hands, which is not ideal from a hygienic perspective.

10/03/2025: A very nice restaurant with very good food. The children's menu was also very well received by our grandson.

20/03/2025: We had already reviewed it with 5* but after a few years we have to revise our review. The courtesy and welcome that characterized this place have disappeared. The food remains good, but if you care about being served with a smile and kindness.... it's no longer the right place. We are great lovers of Sushi and we will look for other places because we believe that a restaurant experience should not only consist of "filling your belly" but also of all the side dishes. If you decide to go anyway, ask for a table in the small room (old Bamboo) because the new room is very noisy when full.

16/01/2025: It is quite good to encounter such a restaurant in Bolzano, a city with few Chinese restaurants. The waiters are warm and polite. We made a reservation for dinner for 11 people. When we arrived, the restaurant had already arranged a table for us. Here Had a great dinner time

25/02/2025: A very nice hotel with a charming retro charm. The breakfast and dinner are delicious and varied. The staff is very friendly. Excellent.

22/02/2025: We stayed in this hotel for our skiing week. Very spacious room, furnishings in line with the photos on the site. Breakfast between local and continental. Rich and tasty buffet dinner, very typical and excellent quality menus. The hotel is equipped with a ski storage room with personal lockers per room. The hotel is near the bus stop to reach the facilities. Furthermore, with great surprise we had the opportunity to admire the beautiful display of nativity scenes in the underground room. Very kind staff

02/03/2025: I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The rooms are just what you need if you've been skiing all day - comfy and pleasant. The highlight, without reservation, is the food. As a gluten free person, this is absolutely paradise. What a luxury, to have so much choice! So much safety! I stayed here for a week and every day ate something I'd never had before, without worrying what was in it or asking questions about how it was prepared. Staying here honestly felt like a vacation from coeliac disease, and I would recommend it without any hesitation. The nutella donuts at breakfast were particularly delightful. It's a short bus ride to the slopes, but we found a cute path through town that was only about ~20 mins walk, so most days we walked to the lifts instead, especially as the bus can be busy first thing in the morning and at the end of the day.

05/03/2025: The terrace on the street side is more sheltered from the wind and, being close to the wall of the hut, the winter sun warms it pleasantly. The interiors are also welcoming and typical, making the dining experience pleasant both indoors and outdoors. Coffee: 3.00 euros Tea with milk: 3.00 euros Kaiserschmarren: 13.50 euros, a nice portion (see photo)

05/04/2025: Good place for skiers. A nice terrace with an attractive view. There is also original and stylish decor inside. It is worth visiting here while skiing. This place has a good atmosphere - there are interesting photographs on the walls and even an old jukebox. Sometimes, when there are a lot of guests, you have to wait a while for waiter service.

10/04/2025: a mountain hut as you imagine it. The food, service and ambience are perfect, but not cheap either. But where is this?

07/04/2025: For many years I have found a visit with lunch in this hut indispensable.... The view is fantastic and I like it because they have left the characteristics of a Tyrolean hut!!.... The menu is characteristic and good... the barley soup is super at least for us!!.... Obviously expensive!!!.....

22/10/2024: Excellent food and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A bit dark environment and particular animals packed on one side and crucifixes on the other, strange but beautiful. Excellent price too.

23/02/2025: Fantastische plek om de dag te beginnen of te eindigen. De koffie is geweldig en een crema-bol: heerlijk. En de apres-ski is hier heel gezellig.

21/02/2025: Fantastisk personal som är mycket välkomnande och snabba på att servera, trevliga servitriser som får dig att känna dig välkommen, värme på uteserveringen om man vill sitta där och koppla av efter skidåkningen. Bra musik och härlig stämmning både ute och inne. Dryck och mat är jättebra, fina råvaror och hög kvalité på mat. Vi gick hit flera gånger under vår vistelse på 14 dagar.

16/02/2025: We spent another week at the Cristallo and, as always, it was very nice and pleasant. A smaller but very nice hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, there is a nice wellness area and the overnight stay includes a very rich breakfast buffet. In the evening you can eat in the bistro/restaurant and choose between a 4-course menu or a la carte. All the dishes were very tasty and the prices are fair. Many thanks to all the staff and the hotel management, we would be happy to come back.
