Great location, convenient to so many activities in the South Tyrol. Fabulous food and service, though as I now read the reviews I realize that the reason I found their bread and pastries to be just a little less than wonderful was that it was all gluten free. (But still tasty, and the rest of the food was superb.) Loved the pool and sauna areas, but the rooftop hot tub was really only a "tepid tub" and was not really usable during our winter stay because it wasn't adequately heated. Lovely spacious and quiet room. But the bed was too firm for us and there was no way to adjust the temperature to our particular taste, so for us the room was always too hot, especially at night. They offer guided snowshoe hikes in the winter (which was the primary reason we were there), but for our entire week the only available hikes were quite strenuous, and we could only manage to do one of them. (We noted that the following week, after we would be gone, that there were easier hikes offered.) So while I do recommend this hotel and we did enjoy ourselves, I can't help but have some regrets because our stay there could have been so much more enjoyable with only a few changes.

We were guests at the restaurant for a birthday celebration and were pleasantly surprised from the very first moment: a warm welcome (where else these days do they hold the door open for you and take your coats and jackets upon arrival?), a beautifully decorated table with a handwritten birthday card from the owners, a small surprise gift for the birthday person, excellent quality food, impeccable service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. All dishes, including the homemade bread and even the Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake), could be ordered gluten-free. We have dined at many fine restaurants, but Drumlerstuben is definitely among the best. The price-performance ratio is more than fair. Thank you, we will gladly return!

An authentic place, where you feel like a guest, not a customer, and where time seems to slow down in the right way. A hotel with a soul, something increasingly rare. A place to return to, without a doubt.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. Clean and elegant, located in the center of town and close to the bus and ski bus terminal. We were truly pampered by the staff and owners, who accommodated our every request. The food is 5-star, as is the wine cellar and breakfast featuring local products. The spa and comfortable rooms were excellent. A wonderful experience.

We had a truly perfect stay at the Drumlerhof. The food is fantastic, the staff very friendly, and the location is superb. You can reach various beautiful hiking trails by bus or car within a few minutes.

We had a very relaxing time at the Drumlerhof! We spent four days at the Drumlerhof and felt completely at home. Starting with the warm welcome, the fantastic breakfast (pancakes 🤤), and the wonderful spa area – the massages are also highly recommended! We would especially like to highlight the family atmosphere, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This also included great recommendations for hikes and places to eat. The food in the restaurant is also truly delicious and leaves little to be desired – including an excellent wine selection and vegetarian options. Thank you for the wonderful time!
