14/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in a historic building overlooking the river. The owner and the lady who served us were very kind. The meat was cooked to perfection, the pasta was excellent, and the desserts were amazing! Congratulations!

19/08/2025: An excellent dinner of typical local cuisine, and the friendliness of the owner who served us even more. Refined dishes, beautifully presented, with excellent fresh ingredients. Delicious nettle cream with crostini, super tender and flavorful pork fillet with porcini mushrooms and chanterelles, superb venison caraaccio, delicious tagliatelle with roe deer ragù, well-cooked and sweet lamb ribs, a truly delightful finale. Highly recommended for both the palate and the palate.

24/08/2025: After many years, I returned and was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas and other dishes were excellent, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was clean. The only downside is that it's practically impossible to get a table without a reservation.

14/07/2025: The food was delicious. The service was attentive, friendly, and very pleasant. We also liked the seating area in the passageway, which was cozy, inviting, and had a pleasant atmosphere. We felt at home and can recommend it.

12/07/2025: This felt professional, and i mean the food and the service. The location ok, when its warm and you want to sit outside ... its in a hallway, can be windy, its not quiet. The inside was cozy but i understand everyone who doesnt want to sit there when it has 30+ celsius. I had the forest pizza which was delicious, as was the pasta dish (dont remember wich one). Just a place where i'd love to come back!

25/05/2025: Today we had the pleasure of dining at the Berggasthaus Natz in Platzers – and it was a highlight in every respect. The stunning location immediately impresses upon arrival: surrounded by green meadows and with a breathtaking panoramic view of the South Tyrolean mountains, the large sun terrace invites you to linger. Despite two private events taking place simultaneously, we received a warm welcome and prompt service. The service staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which is by no means a given in such busy times. The culinary experience was outstanding. The Wiener Schnitzel was undoubtedly the best I've ever eaten – perfectly breaded, golden brown and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Crispy fries were served with it, perfectly complementing the dish. The portions were generous, satisfying even the most hearty appetites. The menu offers a successful selection of traditional South Tyrolean dishes prepared with fresh, regional ingredients. The quality of the food, presented with great attention to detail, is particularly noteworthy. The ambiance of the inn is cozy and authentic, with lovingly furnished dining rooms and a rustic cellar that's perfect for celebrations. For families with children, there's a playground directly below the terrace, making the stay enjoyable for the little ones too. The prices are absolutely reasonable considering the high quality of the food and the excellent service. Overall, our visit to the Berggasthaus Natz was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this inn and are already looking forward to our next visit.

22/08/2025: Our stay at the Sterzinger Moos was one of the highlights of our holiday in Vipiteno. A family-run hotel just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the historic center of Vipiteno, Sonja (the owner) is the most welcoming, kind, and friendly person we met on our holiday; we immediately felt at home. The modern room was beautiful, simple yet elegant, with wooden furniture. The wellness area was also excellent, featuring a Finnish sauna, steam bath, Kneipp path, solarium, and even an infrared cabin (never seen before in a hotel). Highly recommended!

18/08/2025: Discovered by chance during a visit to the beautiful village of Certosa, we immediately appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the owner in providing us with a nice table, especially considering we have a rather lively three-year-old. Then came the culinary journey: spaghetti made with an ancient recipe (amazing), goulash soup, and a delicious ragù for the baby. We were captivated by the flavors, the fast and friendly service (speed is important to us, since our baby can't sit still for long), and the attention to children (toys available in the dining room, a dedicated menu, and no sense of pressure from the lively atmosphere). We've been back three more times, all with great satisfaction on many different floors. Best of all: the cocktails, the Hugos, are delicious!! Congratulations to the entire Gruner family, and keep up the good work!

25/08/2025: Unfortunately, we were not at all satisfied here. The restaurant was very busy on a Friday evening, and the service was completely overwhelmed. As a result, the food took a long time to arrive, and I had to ask several times if they had forgotten us. The quality of the food was perhaps adequate for the extremely low prices, but it wasn't particularly tasty. Rice as a side dish costs extra. Overall, however, you're full for €20, including drinks. The ambiance was certainly not pleasant; it was extremely loud, the table was sticky, and it felt like a mass-processing operation.
