Wonderful experience in this most beautiful hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who took such great care of our 12 ladies group. This was my second time to stay here and it won’t be my last. Book this hotel. You won’t regret it and you will never be disappointed.

My wife and I recently stayed for a week at this charming, vintage property. We had no complaints about the hospitality, service, and overall food, which were all excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for a taste of a bygone era. That said, we can only suggest greater attention to the maintenance of the outdoor spaces (the room terrace and its surrounding facilities). We will definitely be returning.

A truly beautiful and elegant hotel. Breakfast was superb, staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping services are excellent. The location is excellent. A special thank you to Kate on reception, for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you 😊

We arrived late without a reservation and received a very warm welcome at reception! Super friendly staff, excellent food, and a fantastic breakfast! We'd love to come back again!

14/03/2026: A very rustic hut with a beautiful view of the Schwarzhorn. Since I only had drinks, I can't comment on the food.

01/04/2026: Simply wonderful! We stayed there with our family for a week of skiing (half-board). The mountain lodge is located close to the ski slopes and lifts (a fantastic ski area, suitable for both beginners and experts). The rooms are simple and rustic, but they have everything you need and are very clean. The owners and all the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming – we all felt incredibly comfortable. A particular highlight is the cuisine. There was a different menu every evening, which alone is worth the trip or a visit (portion sizes to suit your taste, varied, beautifully presented, and excellent service).
