Wonderful experience in this most beautiful hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who took such great care of our 12 ladies group. This was my second time to stay here and it won’t be my last. Book this hotel. You won’t regret it and you will never be disappointed.

This was our second time staying at the Palace hotel in Viareggio. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.

My wife and I recently stayed for a week at this charming, vintage property. We had no complaints about the hospitality, service, and overall food, which were all excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for a taste of a bygone era. That said, we can only suggest greater attention to the maintenance of the outdoor spaces (the room terrace and its surrounding facilities). We will definitely be returning.

A hotel with charm & character in a lovely position on the promenade. Very helpful reception staff. A great breakfast & rooftop terrace is perfect for a sundowner.

Excellent hotel in the city center, right by the sea. We had an apartment which was very well equipped and met all our comfort requirements. I would gladly come back here.
