An already beautiful building is enhanced by excellent attention to detail. The staff is competent, friendly, and helpful. We had a great time; we felt welcomed.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast delicious, the room and the location by the sea simply superb.

We arrived late without a reservation and received a very warm welcome at reception! Super friendly staff, excellent food, and a fantastic breakfast! We'd love to come back again!

Excellent hotel in the city center, right by the sea. We had an apartment which was very well equipped and met all our comfort requirements. I would gladly come back here.

Always good to be at the Palace Hotel

Nice location and confortable rooms, service was not appropiate to us: in the given room the heater was not working and we had to spend two days and one night in the cold before moving. The problem was not recognize and we waited for maintenance attempts before management decide to give another room. --- I read yor standard response which does not encourage me to return to your facilities, you have missed an opportunity.

The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic!!!

A very nice hotel with truly friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, unfortunately the heating was very weak (travel at the end of December). But that's not unusual in Italy. Breakfast was served in a very nice dining room.

Great hotel, we received a complimentary upgrade at check-in time and the room was amazing, it had a beautiful sea view and a nice balcony. The breakfast buffet is HUGE. The terrace on top of the hotel is a gem. A great place and a great experience overall.
