14/03/2026: My favourite hotel ever. Had four nights here traveling solo. The wellness facilities are outstanding. Staff are friendly and super efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is the best I've had in Italy. Superb bread. Outstanding views of san candido. Booked to go back already!

Her great extroversion, always expressed naturally and professionally, creates a welcoming, pleasant, and relaxed atmosphere. She's one of those people who, with a smile and a friendly personality, make every customer feel immediately at ease and welcome. An added value that makes the place even more enjoyable. A real plus for families: there's a small children's playground outside! 🛝 We'll definitely be back! 🍕😊

21/12/2025: What a magnificent refuge! Nestled in the middle of the Corvara ski slopes, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Dolomites while savoring excellently prepared and delicious dishes. The service is quick, efficient, and very friendly, making you feel at home. I recommend the desserts, which are truly special. Thank you, Michela and all the staff. We'll be back.

09/12/2025: The best eggs, spelt, and potatoes in the Dolomites! I've eaten them everywhere, even at the mountain hut famous for this dish, and there's no comparison; these are hands-down winners. The tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù and the ones with venison ragù are delicious. Top! We'll be back.

The beautiful, tranquil location amidst nature immediately creates a sense of relaxation and a truly special atmosphere – the perfect place to completely unwind. A huge thank you goes to the warm and welcoming Kuen family – especially Cäcilia and Sebastian. You can immediately feel the passion, warmth, and attention to detail that goes into running the place. The hospitality is exceptional – you feel warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The culinary experience was also a highlight: The food is outstanding, with a strong emphasis on regional and high-quality ingredients – every dish is a delight. The spa area is lovely, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. A truly wonderful place with so much warmth – we'd love to come back!

06/05/2026: We spent a week at the Eppanerhof as a family and were very satisfied. The hotel owners, the restaurant manager, and the staff were always very friendly and accommodating. We ate there every day, and the food was excellent. The location is fantastic; you can reach the town center in a minute. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of Girlan from the balcony. We would definitely come back.

22/12/2025: I lived in South Tyrol for a long time and have now returned for a few days after many years, eating at various restaurants here in Bolzano. We came back especially on our last day because they had by far the best dumplings here.
