19/10/2025: We stayed here for a motorcycle ride over the weekend. I have to say, it's a SUPER nice inn. The very friendly owner gave us a warm welcome and was super helpful throughout the weekend, whether it was during check-in, during the meal, or if we simply had a question. The food is highly recommended, and it's a great base for motorcycle riding. You'll definitely see me here again!

11/10/2025: A lovely inn with direct access to the road with a hairpin bend. Lots of motorcyclists. A very friendly and helpful waiter, the food was very good, and the prices were reasonable. You're rewarded with a beautiful view of the valley. Definitely worth a stop.

20/11/2025: Absolutely fantastic… This pizzeria saved our bacon. On our drive to our holiday destination at the end of October, almost everything was closed coming from Nauders. Our spirits were low; everyone needed to pee, was hungry, and was starting to get grumpy. Luckily, we managed to get a table on Friday evening (without a reservation), and things improved dramatically! Very friendly service, a lovely rustic atmosphere, a brilliant menu with amazing creations, incredibly nice staff, and on top of that, fantastic food!! YES BABY 🤓 It will now be a regular stop in the Vinschgau Valley!! Many thanks again to the whole team, and keep up the great work…

26/10/2025: The Hoamat is a beautiful inn in a fantastic location, and on a previous visit, I gave it a 5-star rating. However, the day before yesterday, we had the "Knödelroas with Beer Tasting" event, and if, like most of our group of six, you were there for the first time, that's not advertising and gives no reason to come back. Firstly, we had reserved a table for six and ended up sitting very, very close together with six other guests. When we complained, the waitress told us it was always like that, but then said she would try to find a solution. The manager replied, "Then we wouldn't be allowed to come to an event like that." Secondly, you had to wait in line for at least 15 minutes for the dumpling buffet. This could certainly be solved better by setting up two buffet rows. We had the impression that they were cramming as many people as possible into the restaurant to maximize profit. Whether this is a long-term benefit is another question.

24/10/2025: We were at the Bier&Knödl-Roas (Beer & Dumpling Roas) in the Hoamat, and the young waiter (Benjamin) was world-class. Very friendly, quick, and full of energy. A great guy.

28/10/2025: Must try, I recommend it, especially the ribs with sautéed potatoes, or the tagliatelle with chanterelles, if you pass by those wonderful places stop at the Ochsenhütte and enjoy your lunch

24/10/2025: The ambiance was fantastic, and the service was very friendly and efficient. The bacon platter was good value for money! The bread basket that came with the bacon platter tasted stale. The cheese sandwich was an outrage for the price. I was expecting a delicious bread with toppings, but instead, I got a rubbery roll, WITHOUT butter, and a few slices of cheese. Next time, I'll go somewhere else. 😊

06/10/2025: Beautiful poolside restaurant and pizzeria. With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pools. Direct access to the pool. Wood-fired pizza and freshly prepared food. Children's menu available. Very good prices. Ample parking. Children's play area. Unique, youthful, and very pleasant decor.

23/10/2025: Very tasty, even with a vegan selection! The pizzas are excellent, and I also recommend the "Vegan Smash" (burger with fries). Good value for money, and the service too! We were there two days in a row and would love to come back next time we're in the area!

11/12/2025: A wonderful property surrounded by nature, with a breathtaking view. Stunning rooms that exude warmth. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The pizzeria has a designated area for children to play, ensuring maximum safety and fun.

13/11/2025: There were three of us at the campsite. It's true the pitches are rather long than wide, and extending the awning makes it a tight fit, but we're not deducting any points for that. The cleanliness throughout was fantastic, the staff incredibly friendly, the surroundings beautiful, the pizza delicious, and the bistro equally great! The range of games and activities left nothing to be desired and delighted the children. We would be happy to stay here again.

07/12/2025: A truly special house with an extraordinary flair, attentive staff, excellent cuisine, and an all-encompassing sense of relaxation and coziness. Nothing is forced, everything comes from the heart, and you simply don't want to leave. I will definitely be back.

30/11/2025: We were invited to the regular guests' weekend in November 2025. It was touching to experience the love and care that went into organizing everything. The varied program alone would have been enough to bring joy: a visit to a winery, a dumpling-making class, a cocktail-making course, a carefully selected multi-course meal, dancing until late into the evening... and so on. We experienced incredible warmth and hospitality. Everyone at the hotel participated with visible joy and enthusiasm. That wasn't all! On top of everything else, there was also a personally handwritten letter (!!) for each of our 20 rooms, containing heartfelt words. There was also a handwritten envelope with a sprig of fir and a seal for the hotel records. These are the details that express something: an incredible amount of appreciation for every guest! And here's the kicker: The hotel would be fully booked even without all this effort. There's no need to go to such lengths. Only one thing remains to be said: It's genuine, authentic appreciation and warmth that truly comes from the bottom of the heart. And that is very, very touching! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

03/09/2025: I ordered takeaway from Pizza Paul and it was very good. The pizzas were fresh and tasty. I tried the Margherita, a veggie pizza, and one with pesto and sun dried tomatoes. All were delicious. I recommend it.

28/10/2025: The price-to-facility ratio is fine. The slight shortcomings are overcome by the pleasant hosts, excellent food and service. The icing on the cake is the location, the view is magnificent from every angle. I hope to come back soon. Highly recommended

22/09/2025: After a lovely day in Tirolo, we stopped in with our dog based on the good reviews. The ambiance was appealing, and we found a lovely spot on the beautiful terrace. The friendly staff served us very quickly, and we chose the salmon and spare ribs from the small, but in our opinion perfectly adequate, selection. I enjoyed the wait with a delicious cloudy, smoky slab of beer. The food was (as other guests have already photographed) very lovingly served and tasted absolutely fantastic. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and therefore give it 5 out of 5 stars...highly recommended!
