19/06/2025: We were just guests at the restaurant. The service was very attentive. The food was excellent. The outdoor terrace is very noisy, as many cars and mopeds drive past.

13/07/2025: We returned after a while and finally managed to grab a snack despite the crowds. The girl who served us was very kind and courteous, finding us a seat inside (there were three of us), and very quick in taking our orders and bringing our food. Everything was very good at a price that, all things considered, was fair for the place. Definitely worth a try.

13/07/2025: The refuge is located in the Fiscalina Valley. It's 45 minutes from the furthest free parking lot and 20 minutes from the closest paid parking lot. The restaurant is a gem, beautifully furnished, and perfectly located. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and fast. I highly recommend it.

03/07/2025: Food: Delicious beef lasagna and vegetarian pizza with olives and sun-dried tomatoes. The dough is thin and crunchy. I highly recommend it. The service is excellent. They are very nice and helpful.

20/03/2025: Wow! Excellent service. I’m a vegan, and every night they specifically created a special 4 course meal just for me! Service excellent. Nothing was ever a problem. Never waited more than 5 mins for the shuttle bus. They truly go above and beyond. Excellent views and so conveniently located to everything you can need. It’s the best hotel in the area for sure!

13/02/2025: The hotel has a very nice hotel bar, there was even live music that evening, which contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately there were few guests on site that evening. The cocktail 🍸 prices are appropriate for the high-quality location.

19/06/2025: We have been there several times, it is now one of the restaurants that we often frequent in winter and summer. Unfortunately, the last time we had the opportunity to eat a different quality of dishes. Disappointing and that does not reflect the place that we know and that we have frequented many times. I hope that next time it will be better, we would be sorry not to frequent it anymore.

08/07/2025: I stopped by for breakfast on my way from west to east. I ordered an omelet (plain, no toppings), spaghetti with galic, peperoncino, and tomato. According to the receipt, this was aglio olio! It's like tomato x chili oil? It's like a slightly spicy aglio olio..? It suits the Korean palate just right. Above all, it wasn't salty, which was nice.!!! The portion is also generous. If you don't like salty food, you'll probably like it. I enjoyed it~ And I tried the polenta that I was curious about, and it was rich~ The rich flavor was good.. I'm so satisfied that I'm curious about the other pastas. I'm writing a review to help Koreans who might visit here worry about the menu ^_^ I don't think they'll disappoint with the other menus~~ And they're super friendly :)

19/05/2025: We left Rome to arrive in Bolzano and discover this restaurant/pizzeria, where they serve spectacular Neapolitan-style pizzas. We discovered this place thanks to some relatives and friends from Bolzano and, every time we go up here, we make at least one stop at Al Cantuccio. It's impossible to say which pizza is preferable. They are all truly exquisite, starting with the REGINA, with tomato, basil, buffalo mozzarella and ricotta-filled crust. Also noteworthy is the welcoming and refined environment and the attentive and friendly service of all the staff. SINCERE CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE❣️

25/06/2025: We've been here several times and really enjoyed it. The dishes are very tasty, down-to-earth but with a positively modern twist. The portions are more than sufficient. There is a wide variety of suitable wines and other drinks, and advice can be provided upon request. We had a reservation on a Tuesday evening and would not have been able to get a seat otherwise, even though they make every effort to accommodate guests. The tables in the courtyard are not too close together, creating a pleasant atmosphere and allowing you to enjoy a romantic meal for two. It was our wedding anniversary and we were congratulated on it. The only small disappointment was the fact that there was no attention paid to our wedding anniversary, and the drinks we ordered didn't arrive even after we asked several times. That's not nice, but it only slightly detracted from the evening.
