I came to this Restaurant for the first time today and i must say, it did not dissapoint! The Waiters were nice, especially the Owner! The food was delicious and was brought out consistently! We had a fun time there and the atmosphere was brilliant! Whenever you find yourself in Bolzano, you must definitely try Shiro! I heavily recommend it!

Today I will have tempura and sushi boat The tempura was spectacular and delicious and the sushi boat was excellent. I think it is the best sushi restaurant Very friendly owner and explains the dishes to you I will definitely come back Price a little high but the quality is excellent

Per me è il miglior ristorante di sushi in città. Il personale è sempre cordiale. I prezzi sono un po' alti, ma proporzionati alla qualità.

Shiro non ci delude mai, cibo ottimo come sempre e anche l'ambiente é molto soft. Ringrazio tutto lo staff, molto gentile. MIGLIOR SUSHI DI TUTTA BOLZANO😉

Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima che si prende il tempo per accogliere al meglio i propri ospiti. Il cibo è ottimo! Esperienza fantastica!

01/04/2024: Beautiful restaurant, the food is all very tasty and really nicely presented. The waiters are all nice and special requests are also taken into account. Really very nice restaurant!!
29/03/2024: Delicious food - I wouldn't have expected this from a restaurant near a swimming pool. The food was served quickly. Service is friendly. Large restaurant with lots of seats. The menu is very extensive with a wide variety of dishes from sushi to pizza - a bit confusing. There is also a wide selection of vegetarian or gluten-free dishes. If you can't agree on which direction you want to eat today or just want to eat well - you're in good hands here 😉
