The owner was very friendly and welcoming! The food was really good and the service was fast… In short, we loved everything, even the new and well-decorated place. We'll definitely be back.

After years of frequenting this place, I decided to add a written review. I think it's the best sushi in Bolzano. The food is truly excellent, made with the freshest ingredients. I always enjoy coming here. Highly recommended.

Very good food, but very expensive and with little choice. At 10 pm they told us we had to leave because they were closing when the internet said they closed at 10:30 pm.

23/06/2026: I'm a regular, but now there's a €1.50 cover charge for a little soy sauce and a napkin that isn't cloth. I asked for a glass of Mayor's water and they wanted to charge me €0.50. This isn't good; customers have become like milk cows, to be milked to the max. Kindness toward customers is hard to come by, unfortunately. I hope you'll be kinder to other customers!
23/06/2026: I go to this place several times a year because I think it's the best sushi in Bolzano. The fish is always fresh, the service is fast, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. The decor is minimal but comfortable, and there's ample parking outside.

15/04/2026: Excellent sushi!!! Fast service!!! Very nice atmosphere!!! I'm sorry, I only get takeout, but I'd love to eat here again!!! The staff is also very friendly, and the chef is excellent at making sushi 🍣 and all the other specialties!!!
