This is my first time here, and the experience was truly positive. Special praise goes to the curly-haired, light-eyed waitress, Monica...an extremely kind, friendly, and polite person. Her great extroversion, always expressed naturally and professionally, creates a welcoming, pleasant, and relaxed atmosphere. She's one of those people who, with a smile and a friendly personality, make every customer feel immediately at ease and welcome. An added value that makes the place even more enjoyable. Congratulations!

We arrived at 6pm on a Sunday in late May and they were able to accommodate us despite the many bookings, so I would recommend booking in advance. Staff are very polite and food is excellent. There are options for all including numerous vegan and vegetarian options. Service was quick and the price was reasonable. Toilets were clean and well kept.

One of the best places in Bolzano for ambiance, company, taste, and food for body and soul. The service could easily be any other, and you'd probably go back anyway, given how good the burgers and everything else are. The fries are serious business: American, French, or dippers—the ones with the skin. They're not just side dishes, but strategically placed, and they even work as a sharing option if the kitchen is busy, as it always is. The sauces. The truffle mayo is on another level, if not entirely different. The wasabi, on the other hand, is strikingly sweet, paradoxically. Oh yes, the service. It's not just any service. In fact, it's so friendly that it almost competes with the taste and atmosphere. And that's not easy, because here, taste already has a head start. There are people who do their job well, and then there are people who also know how to make you feel good while doing it. Here, they seem like food entrepreneurs with a mission. Like Belushi in the Blues Brothers, but with burgers, fries, and sauces instead of the band. Well done and good. Even if you can't make a reservation, stop by anyway. Like us. Maybe you can find a place. And if you can't, at least you tried not to miss out on a great opportunity in Bozen.

Very attentive service - Monika rocks the place, great food (burgers and fries), super dog-friendly - definitely try the cocktails with local ingredients (Campari Spritz with local Prosecco!)

The best burgers in Bolzano by far, and the staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They also have very good vegetarian burger options.
