20/06/2025: + Quiet location + Stayed in March as a skier, used the great shuttle service, was very impressed + Food was delicious + Would love to go back - The food presentation could be more beautifully presented, and there could be more organic fruit, such as pineapple pieces, than just fruit salad. I was there in March 2025, and the snow on the glacier was perfect for skiing. One day, I drove to Merano with my fellow travelers; it was green there. And white up above. I was recommended the hotel by a friend and would recommend it to potential hotel guests with a clear conscience. In conclusion, I can recommend the Hotel Gerstgras.

24/03/2025: We were guests at the Hotel Gerstgras in November 2024. The hotel is currently undergoing change. The reception area, the wellness area, the bar and the restaurant have been completely renovated and rebuilt. In the stairwell, the ski cellar and in the rooms you can still see the original condition. Overall we really had a great stay. The food was excellent, the breakfast particularly shined with an extraordinary selection of muesli (suggestion for improvement: add cream cheese as a spread and offer a bit of raw food such as cucumber and peppers). The wellness area is, as written, completely new and, in my opinion, exceptional.

02/06/2025: We ate there on our vacation. The food was great, the atmosphere was fantastic! Unfortunately, the service was a flop. Our food arrived at different times, about 15 minutes apart.

25/05/2025: Experiencia culinaria verdaderamente excepcional. Mi esposa y yo disfrutamos de esta familia íntima - restaurante dirigido. Un pequeño patio al aire libre tranquilo y pintoresco. María, una de la familia, se sentó y nos atendió con un servicio perfecto. La comida era excelente, y disfrutamos de platos preparados con los espárragos locales producidos allí, así como chuletas de cordero. También descubrimos felizmente un nuevo vino favorito... un Lagrein, producido por una familia local en la cercana Bolzano. ¡De alguna manera tenemos que averiguar ahora cómo llevar las 4 botellas a casa en California!

The decor of the rooms is beautiful, the only negative is that some are a little small but the hotel itself is magnificent. 03/07/2025: We had a short but wonderful stay at the Zeppichl Mountain Residence with our son and grandparents. The entire complex is extremely well-maintained and lovingly designed – you immediately feel the high quality and attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the excellent food, featuring regional, high-quality products. The wellness area and pool are top-notch – modern, clean, and perfect for relaxation. The friendly and attentive staff, as well as the ever-present and welcoming hosts, made our stay even more special. For us, it was an all-round successful getaway surrounded by nature – highly recommended!

05/03/2025: We stayed in this wonderful hotel for 4 nights, the room was very comfortably furnished and super clean. The hotel is located directly on the lake. The kitchen... a dream!... have rarely eaten so well, and the breakfast also leaves nothing to be desired. The manager of the house is very friendly and nice, and all the employees looked after us with professionalism and warmth. The spa area is very well maintained and stylishly furnished. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

21/06/2025: A very nice outdoor dining area, a pleasant dining room. Very friendly service, and South Tyrolean cuisine that leaves nothing to be desired. There are also wonderful new interpretations of well-known dishes. Everything is either regional and/or organic. Definitely a recommendation away from the usual places. Be sure to try the char as a starter—it's a dream.

20/06/2025: A truly hidden gem! Great value for money and excellent service! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were absolutely thrilled. A cozy terrace, a great menu, and wines that cater to both tourists and locals.
