For us, Ansitz Romani is without doubt one of the most beautiful places in Tramin. The hotel has a very special atmosphere, calm, stylish and personal. You immediately feel that this house is run with great care, taste and attention to detail. Our room was beautifully furnished, very clean and high quality, with exactly the right mix of historic charm and modern comfort. The garden and natural pool are also wonderful. It is the perfect place to arrive, slow down and enjoy the surroundings of Tramin in peace. We would especially like to mention the warm hospitality. The whole team was attentive, friendly and very uncomplicated. We also felt genuinely welcome with our dog at all times. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, regional and beautifully served at the table. The restaurant is also absolutely worth recommending. The cuisine is creative, high quality and still pleasantly unpretentious. For us, every meal was a real highlight. Ansitz Romani is not just a hotel, but a place with soul. For us, it is the best hotel in Tramin and a place we would very happily return to.

A fantastic hotel in a dream location. Historic walls have been transformed into a stunning hotel complex. It boasts a heated pool, fantastic gardens, and a tranquil courtyard. The restaurant (awarded Michelin stars/Gault&Millau toques) leaves nothing to be desired. The herbs come from the hotel's own garden. We prefer the larger suites in the new building to the historic apartments (which are scheduled for renovation soon). Numerous other bars, cafés, restaurants, and wineries invite you to linger, taste wine, and shop. All are just a short walk or drive away. The magnificent cities of Bolzano and Trento are only about a 45-minute drive (but also easily accessible by public transport). A vast network of cycling and hiking trails winds through the vineyards and along the wine route around Tramin. A hidden gem for wine lovers: explore the numerous wineries around Tramin, Auer, Neumarkt, Kaltern, Eppan, and other nearby towns.

Ansitz Romani is a relaxing and charming boutique hotel run by a family. It has excellent food, we did half board and the breakfast was great and the dinner even better fine dining. The atmosphere is excellent, sitting in a medieval courtyard, under grape vines. They are dog friendly, and they even have a couple of hotel cats, gorgeous! Our room was very modern, well appointed, very comfortable, quiet and had balcony view over the valley, stunning. We also did a wine tasting there with Dominik, and tried his delicious home made wines while enjoying a platter of fresh bread, his home made cured meats and preserves, his company and the relaxed conversation with other guests. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

WOW!! We spent our vacation here and were thrilled. The style of the house is simply beautiful. The estate is in a very quiet location and offers every comfort. The highlights are the excellent cuisine and the new swimming pool. The pool is especially perfect for relaxing after a hike in the mountains. The hosts are incredibly friendly and fulfill every wish. We've already booked for next year.
