If we have always looked for our holiday paradise and not found it, then this time we succeeded. The Romani residence impresses with everything that can be found there. The hosts, Sabine and Armin and their family. The great team that supports them. The beautifully designed old house, the great location and the always very good food. We were always well cared for and supported in all things, even in the event of a medical emergency we were qualified and helped without any major inconvenience by the Pernstich family. We will definitely come back again and again.

Es ist einfach traumhaft im Ansitz Romani. Sehr nette und bestens qualifizierte Gastgeber. Ein tolles Team mit dem besten Service. Ausgezeichnete Küche, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen. Es wird in jeder Lage die dezente aber sehr gute Hilfe angeboten. Wir hatten einen medizinischen Notfall bei dem uns das Ehepaar Pernstich sofort und ohne große Umstände geholfen hat. Wir haben für uns ein kleines Paradies gefunden und kommen immer gerne wieder!!!

01/04/2024: We were only there to eat. The ambience as often in Kaltern: behind thick walls, a bit rustic but nice. The food is really good quality but you also pay for it! The main courses (gold bream and Tyrolean roast) were really great. Unfortunately, the dessert was a bit disappointing: the apple strudel came from the refrigerator in the microwave to our table. Likewise the blueberry tarts which turned out to be blueberry cake. The service was absolutely praiseworthy! From the boss to the youngest member of the team
27/11/2023: Very friendly and attentive staff in a family business. Dogs are very welcome. Right on the market square in beautiful Kaltern. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. Small buffet plus coffee, sausage, cheese, jam... Delivered as requested. Mostly homemade. Rooms always clean and made every day. There is an elevator from the parking lot to the rooms. That would be really nice, thank you for the great time.

30/03/2024: We got a table even though we hadn't reserved, which made us really happy. The atmosphere is really cozy. The portions could be a bit larger for the price. The staff is very accommodating, but your empty plate is immediately taken away even though others at the table are still eating. You get the feeling that you have to leave again quickly.
24/03/2024: A beautiful hut in the town of Ortisei with quality food and good service. The quality of the wines and spirits on the menu is impressive
