Ütia Crёp de Munt In Corvara in badia

Stopped here for very late lunch 1535 hrs returning to Corvara from Marmolada, but via off piste routes. Key was to be somewhere where no lifts were necessary for our return. Kitchen was closed but the owner most kindly offered us sandwiches, he’s mates with my awesome alpine guide Maria P. The bread looked huge but did it just melt in my mouth, so soft, so tasty, so fresh, and the prosciutto was to die for! How do they get everything to taste so good and fresh up on a mountain! The views outside were lovely! Must visit. Straight ski down to Corvara !

Nice hut, nice staff. A lot of money has been invested in a new wine cellar in recent years. Personally, it's nice to be overcrowded in winter

We were there for lunch at lunchtime, modern yet comfortably furnished hut with sufficient service. The dishes were all great, and the price/performance ratio is particularly worth highlighting here. The portions were also very generous.

Very easy to miss this cabin as you have to deviate from Sella Ronda by about 100 m. But if you find the right one, it is a perfect place for lunch on the slopes. The prices are quite ok and the food very good.

For me it is one of the best ski slope restaurants in all of South Tyrol. It is rare to have such delicious food and such a great atmosphere. Definitely try it.

Merita la sosta. Accoglienza top, cibo super 😀. Persino il semplice amburger fatto con il pane integrale è speciale. Raccomando a chiunque bazzichi Covara e dintorni (con gli sci ovviamente).
