16/09/2024: Nonostante il locale fosse molto affollato ci hanno trovato velocemente un tavolo. In 3 abbiamo preso una pizza Ladina e una bruschetta con porcini e speck, praticamente simili se non nelle dimensioni. Pizza buona, bruschetta discreta. Con un bicchiere di vino, una cola, un succo di mela e un caffè abbiamo speso 32 euro. Servizio veloce.

08/09/2024: Anuncian abierto hasta las 14.30. Entramos a las 14.00, nos tomamos nota, nos sirven, anunciando que traerán los platos al mismo tiempo. Accedemos. A las 14.30 nos avisan que demos ir terminando. A las 14.45, nos echan. Una vergüenza

15/01/2025: So we were there in October. I don't know the waitress or the boss, I was very nervous. He managed to pour a whole HOT chocolate all over my son. After asking a few times he finally brought a rag. New pants were broken. Yes, they were beige but unfortunately not anymore. I then immediately had to buy a pair of new pants. Skin almost burned. Ok, accidents happen. We were very relaxed and didn't complain at all. He said I should send the bills for the pants. He will do it through business liability insurance. Wonderful. Now he doesn't pay. He now says he was fired even though he named himself as the owner. Now he's insulting me on the phone. Also call me a Heart 4 recipient and ask what's the point about a pair of pants. The fact that he hurt my son and that my son bought the pants himself with his own money etc. doesn't matter to this dishonest person. Coffee was ok but not great. A bit cold to be honest. Incorrectly billed on top of that.

14/02/2025: Bio sam u restoranu krajem 1.mj. Restoran je ljepo uređen ali.... Ravioli su došli na stol hladni i bezukusni, risotto prekuhan i ..ni slano ni slatko...ništa.. a cjena nikako ne odgovara kvaliteti. Najgore u svemu... Glavni konobar jako neprofesionalan, a Vlasnik vrijeđa po nacionalnoj osnovi. Ako je ovo michelin standard..katastrofa!!! Nikada više..

07/06/2025: Friendly, quick, and polite! When I see how some tourists behave, I understand why some of them get one stars! My cappuccino was from a portafilter—fresh and really good! A "please" and a "thank you" and everyone was nice!

09/02/2025: This evening I went to this place for the first time with some of my friends for an aperitif. Everything was nice, both in terms of location and "service" until... we see an insect (like a cockroach) on a plate of food. I went to show it and as an answer I got "a bug" without even apologizing or being perplexed by this for a moment. It's not even to say that I was no longer hungry and at the end of it all they made us pay the normal price... but most of all as if nothing had happened

07/03/2025: SUPER PRANZO (self service Passo Sella) Disponibilità di menu senza glutine, a differenza di tanti altri rifugi che non sanno nemmeno come gestire la cosa. Staff gentile e preparato! Vista mozzafiato! Tornerò sicuramente

18/01/2025: Oggi, intorno alle 13.30, abbiamo deciso di fermarci in questo ristorante perché stanchi di sciare e per la presenza di tanti tavoli liberi al sole. Dopo un primo sguardo al menu, decidiamo di prendere degli spaghetti monograno Felicetti con pomodorini e mozzarella. Uno dei miei piatti preferiti. Beh, dopo nemmeno due minuti ecco il cameriere con gli spaghetti! Credetemi, roba che nemmeno nelle peggiori mense puoi trovare...precotti, immangiabili. Penso che Felicetti dovrebbe fare più attenzione e dare i suoi prodotti solo a chi in grado di valorizzarli.

24/02/2025: Locale situato in una posizione molto comoda e paesaggistica. Le vetrate permettono di ammirare tutto il panorama durante i pasti. Possibilità di mangiare anche nei tavoli fuori. Per il resto a parte la bellezza del locale i piatti sono ricercati ma di discreta qualità e porzioni molto ridotte per prezzi ingiustificatamente molto alti. Non lo consiglio!

18/02/2025: Un ristorante inserito nello spettacolare ambiente circostante con garbo e cura per i dettagli. Bellissima la visione panoramica sulle piste del Parco delle 3 Cime. Ottima la cucina, forse con eccesso di burro nella polenta!

16/03/2025: Il locale è carino e i prodotti sembrano buoni, vengo spesso a bere il caffè qui la domenica mattina, ma la mia scelta è dettata semplicemente dal fatto che non ci sono quasi altri posti aperti, perché se considerassi la "simpatia" e gentilezza del servizio, sarebbe l'ultimo posto che sceglierei.

02/06/2025: The sales assistants were listless, rude and almost annoyed by our presence. No smiles, no kindness, and it seemed like every request was a burden. In an environment that should be welcoming and cared for in detail, finding such cold and unpleasant service is truly disappointing. In short: if you are only interested in take-out food, it may be worth it. But if you are looking for even a minimum of courtesy or a pleasant atmosphere, look elsewhere.

30/05/2025: Tourist rip-off. The photos on the online menu don't reflect reality in the slightest. Completely overpriced! Stay well away from this place.

30/06/2025: Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, but they make gourmet style sandwiches that have nothing to do with the place, with stratospheric costs for sandwiches, about €15.00 each, I can't tell you the exact cost each because I wasn't even given a receipt, but two sandwiches, a beer and a lemon nearly cost €50.00, we're not there, once they made simpler things that went much better with the place.

06/03/2025: Si mangia bene, la carne è buona, ma…. : prezzi molto alti (7.20 un litro d’acqua, 125.- eur una fiorentina). Il personale inoltre ‘ti consiglia’ (in maniera molto imperativa) il pranzo così da farti spendere il più possibile. Per carità nessuno è obbligato a prendere ciò che viene ‘consigliato’, ma la maggior parte segue il ‘consiglio’ e poi alla fine il conto è salato. A prezzi ragionevoli sarebbe molto buono

25/02/2025: Opdringerige eigenaar of ober …. Proberen je steeds duurdere drank en eten aan te smeren. Matig tot slecht eten! Veel te duur voor slecht eten! Nooit meer! Slechte restaurant in dit gebied

06/02/2025: Personale sbrigativo e non accogliente. Vasi delle piante esterne usati come posacenere, molto fastidioso e poco rispettoso. Il ristorante è molto elegante e molto costoso.
