14/10/2025: Bed service, breakfast very poor , first day no internet or wi fi , room are clean

12/10/2025: The location is great, close to the beach (I don't know if they have sunbeds on the beach in season, but I highly doubt it's close to the center). Food 0 for three days, every morning one type of salami, one type of cheese, 3 flavors of marmalade, no butter, rolls, coffee, juice, tea). Unlike the hotel where the other group was accommodated, this is a living despair. The rooms are clean, not that spacious, the terraces are terribly small.

15/01/2026: Excellent menu and great wines. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. A wonderful hotel and restaurant in a beautiful location. The Schreckbichl winery, with its superb wines, is also nearby.

17/11/2025: We only had a beer in the lounge; the service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. The hotel and restaurant close for the winter on November 1st and won't reopen until April.

03/01/2026: We waited half an hour for a waiter to come and take our orders. I then went to ask if I could order and was told the waiter would be there. He walked by us after two minutes without asking us anything. After another five minutes, we left. This is customer service.

19/02/2026: I loved everything about this Hotel! The service, the rooms- which were impeccably appointed, the pools and the spa were all wonderful! I highly recommend!

15/12/2025: We spent 2 days there with our two kids. The building is very modern but with a touch of traditional architecture. Rooms immensely big, curated in every detail. The spa is well curated and clearly divided between family and adults only area. Food is good (we dined in the no-star restaurant), perhaps a bit overpriced. The staff is simply amazing. They are very discrete, but always smiling and willing to help you. The service deserves 6 stars.

25/01/2026: I was looking for a good burger in Bolzano and found this place on Google. It's a tiny place in the center of Bolzano, with a counter and four chairs inside. I got a classic burger and a chili cheese dog for a total of €16.80, not a lot but not a small amount either. Having seen the old reviews, I assume the price goes up every year. The gentleman who served me was friendly and kind. They even put a small nougat in the package. I didn't wait long, maybe 5 minutes. Next to the place is a park with a beautiful view, where I think it would be ideal to bring my order and eat there. That was my initial plan, but since it was snowing, I preferred to eat inside, where fortunately there was a free seat. The hotdog was spectacular, the sausage was delicious and of excellent quality, and the bun was also fresh and soft. If I ever get a craving for hotdogs again, I'd probably come back here :)

19/11/2025: The staff is always very friendly and fast, which is not a given these days. The pizzas are always better. The food isn't overwhelming, but there's enough to suit every taste, and what's available is always excellent. I find the prices fair, not low but not excessive either. Let's just say that if they increased even a little, I'd turn up my nose, but I'd gladly return.

24/09/2025: Beautifully located on the Etsch cycle path. Friendly service and delicious cakes. Worth a stop.

04/02/2026: Assalom alequm to everyone...drive into the entrance and there, turn left under the building, circle around to the scales that are highlighted at the entrance gate, stand on the scales, and go to the office, they'll tell you, and circle around again, the same way you drove in, and turn right, there's a scale, turn left, there's a ramp, and there's loading. It all seems complicated, but if you understand it, it's easy. Good luck to everyone.

14/09/2025: Beautiful location, it can be reached in an hour and a half from Malga Foresta (at a certain point there is a sign indicating the Baita is 145 minutes away, which is not correct).

06/09/2025: Truly galactic yogurt after a long hike! The hut is idyllically situated in a small, green basin at about 2100 meters. Besides the delicious (homemade) food and the tasty beer, you can enjoy the solitude and escape the tourist crowds at the lake...

17/09/2025: Highly recommended!! Outstanding pizza, a huge selection, and very fresh ingredients—they certainly don't skimp on the toppings. We were very satisfied. The lady was also very friendly.

06/09/2025: Quite inconsistent. The pizza by the slice is sometimes good, sometimes not (especially in terms of digestibility). The wait times for home delivery are often very long. This inconsistency has led us to look elsewhere.
