I was enchanted by the dining experience at this restaurant in the Dolomites. The elegant and refined atmosphere goes perfectly with the attention to detail both in the furnishings and in the dishes served. Each course demonstrates the chef's attention and passion for high-quality ingredients and refined culinary techniques.

What an experience! I’ll start with I typically avoid all tasting menus. I find these restaurants pretentious and you often leave hungry. This is not that place. It was surprise after surprise here with extra tastings on the house and interaction with the food and servers I’ve never experienced before. It was a memorable meal I’ll remember! (The photos are not indicative of the portions but rather those extra surprises I mention above. 😁)

Wow! What an amazing experience. We decided to treat ourselves while on vacation and it did not disappoint. We made a reservation day of and chose the fish menu and the basic meat menus. This was some of the best food I’ve had in my life! The service was incredible with multiple courses being prepared table side by the chef. Many small food gifts from the restaurant with welcome dishes and over the top beautiful desserts. A few of my favorites were the tartare and the American bison. Do not hesitate to visit and have a wonderful experience!!

Atmosfera magica, location ottima, qualità dell’offerta alta con un prezzo proporzionato. Servizio da migliorare: super coccolati all’inizio, quasi dimenticati alla fine (2 h e 30 ‘ x una cena.. un po’ troppo) . Personale professionale e gentile.

This was our favorite meal of our honeymoon. The dishes were creative and delicious, and the tableside preparation made the meal interactive and fun. The value for the quality and quantity of food was perfect. Federico was our server and he was engaging and attentive. Highly recommend!

A wonderful hotel with great food. Staff is very attentive and polite. Wellness and fitness area is great 👍🏻 You can feel really comfortable here. Absolutely recommended 😍
