Bravo dining experience. You can taste the complicity of every dish by tasting the ingredients. The combination of ingredients impressed us. As a traveller, this Chef menu allows us to taste all different signature italian cusine with high quailty. I am happy that I have chosen here for dinner.

It is hard to impress me as I have been to many great restaurants but this was a fantastic experience. We felt extremely and warm welcomed. The staff was naturally friendly and attentive, very professional. It seemed everyone enjoyed their job. The dishes presentation was really stunning- just look at the pictures and videos I took. The only thing to improve would be a normal pepper mill- not this press thing- the design is very nice but I personally found it a bit irritating 😜 We all had the Gherdena menu but you don’t have to all decide on the same menu on your table like in other places. I loved that!!!! Our son doesn’t like fish so they just adjusted for him. It is the best restaurant in Val Gardena for me and we will be back next year!

We had a wonderful dinner at 1/1 new year. We ordered one stater and one main course each, to our surprise, they offered a few pretty and tasty pre-starters, and two new year’s desserts, plus a box of chocolate as gift. It has the Michelin star restaurant feeling, but reasonable price.

Really excellent food and service

A culinary experience of the highest caliber. The 7-course menu with wine pairing at the Gourmet Gran Baita in Selva was impressive in every respect. Each course was precisely composed, exquisitely balanced in flavor, and presented with meticulous attention to detail. The accompanying wines harmonized perfectly with the dishes and were expertly explained by the wait staff. The ambiance combines elegant comfort with an exclusive flair, further enhancing the evening. Particularly noteworthy is the exceptionally friendly and professional team, attentive yet never intrusive. A clear recommendation for anyone seeking a first-class fine-dining experience in the Dolomites. This restaurant knows how to bring culinary culture to life at the highest level. An unforgettable evening.

The people at the reception were very kind, but unfortunately I had a fever of 38.4°C: everyone was very attentive. Breakfast S P A Z I A L!!!
