we cannot judge the price as we are guests of a person who lives in Brixen, but the lady at the counter with us was very kind

We have never had such good Tyrolean food (various dumplings - bacon, cheese, spinach).
The salad is also very extensive and good.
The landlady is very, very nice.

19/08/2024: Al termine della bellissima escursione che parte dal paese di San Cassiano, deliziosa sosta con famiglia ed amici per riprendere forze.
Io ho preso wurst con patate con ottima radler fatta dal rifugio (foto), commenti positivi dai commensali su primi secondi e dessert.
11/08/2024: Salito al La Crusc non si ci poteva non fermare al Rifugio S. Croce per il ristoro: servizio ai tavoli impeccabile, ordinati Minestrone, Uova patate e speck ed un Kaiserschmarrn.
Tutto ottimo, prezzi nella norma.
Consigliato.

19/08/2024: I don't understand how 3 stars can be assigned to a hotel that doesn't have a lift or even a bidet in the bathroom (it's never happened that I didn't find a bidet in an Italian hotel). Not to mention the terrible service and really rude staff. Very bad experience.
08/08/2024: Hotel very well located, clean and comfortable. A personalized and warm welcome.
Dinner and breakfast very good.
Absolutely recommended

18/08/2024: last minute choice, because there were no pizzerias with many seats, it was better to eat at home.
Low, small, undercooked pizzas. They look like an ugly version of a frozen pizza. Even the wine didn't taste like wine... Maybe they will improve in the future....

27/03/2024: The last time I went 2 years ago, it wasn't known... the food was good and even though the portions were good and plentiful. Today a disaster, half an hour to have lunch and I didn't even have everything... because I had to leave. Large portions but not good. I recommend adding an extra person and maintaining the authenticity of the typical menu.

Molto buono tutto ciò che abbiamo ordinato: dagli spaghetti di Kamut ai canederli.
Locale accogliente, pulito. Gentile il personale.

03/04/2024: Uriges Café, leckere Krapfen - ein Abendessen hier hatten wir noch nicht, können wir uns aber gut vorstellen. Ehrlicher und sehr freundlicher Service!
18/03/2024: Bei Familie Brunner sind wir eigentlich zuhause.
Besser gehts einfach nicht - von der Frittatensuppe, über den Tafelspitz zum Kaiserschmarren - einfach nur unvergesslich und gut.
Dazu die besten Weine aus Südtirol, ein fröhlicher Chef und die zauberhafte Köchin und Mama.
Leider müssen wir noch bis zum September warten.. aber dann !
