28/07/2025: Katastrophe!! Trotz weniger Gäste mussten wir lange auf Bedienung warten. Schliesslich hat man uns z.T. andere Gerichte gebracht als bestellt. Die Steuerquittung wurde uns nur auf Nachfrage widerwillig ausgehändigt. NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!

04/05/2025: The kebabs are good, nothing above average, a normal kebab, however the waiting time can vary depending on what time you go to order the kebab. For example, for lunch from Monday to Friday it is not recommended to go there, as it is full of students, and the order could arrive even 30 minutes later, while during the afternoon/evening it could arrive even 5 minutes later. There is also an interior, a little sparse, but still good if you don't want to take the kebab away, too bad it's very small.

04/05/2025: Fast rather than go here. People must be treated well. You can give leftovers to your dog. Is that clear?

26/06/2025: Horrible, never again. You pay to be treated badly. I hope they close it and open something more valid because the terrace is beautiful and the food was the only good thing. They didn't even take my order properly, I asked for a non-alcoholic cocktail (since I was driving), they brought a totally wrong alcoholic one, when I pointed it out the waiter even made a bad joke, as if he was talking to a friend of his, he changed it for me but they made me pay for both (they even took the first one away intact). In addition, the manager seemed totally disinterested, when, later, I pointed out the situation to her and that we would never go back to eat, she replied "no one is forcing you to come back, there are so many restaurants in Bolzano, I don't understand why you come here if you don't like it". Bah speechless!

13/07/2025: Sono stato a mangiare a pranzo con tutta la mia famiglia in questo rifugio e ho trovato uno staff molto gentile e cortese che sanno fare molto bene il suo lavoro quando l’ambiente è positivo il servizio si riflette sul cliente ed in questo caso il servizio è stato ottimo complimenti a tutto lo staff, ma soprattutto a Daniel

13/06/2025: Volevo terminare in bellezza una bellissima vacanza con un tempo favoloso, in uno dei posti più stupefacenti d'Italia, invece sono capitata in un locale che più che un rifugio o comunque un posto d'accoglienza Montanaro mi sembra un manicomio. Camerieri, evidentemente sovraccarichi di lavoro, danno i numeri in un posto che definire squallido è fargli un complimento: non c'è la minima cura in nessuna parte del locale e non è lontanamente paragonabile a tutti gli altri rifugi, malghe e posti di ristoro che voi potete trovare a Seceda e all'Alpe di Chiusi. A dispetto della vista meravigliosa il locale è veramente di ultima categoria. Non posso giudicare la qualità del cibo visto che con l'andazzo che c'era mi sono limitata a ordinare un semplice succo di frutta. Veramente una pessima sorpresa.

20/07/2025: Ordered: 1 Hinterland macaroni, arrived overcooked and cracked, inedible. 2 Kaisersmarn Do you know what Kaisersmarn mean to them? A burnt egg omelette with nothing else, not raisins, jam, or sugar. The order arrived and was thrown in the garbage. Disgusting, 22 euros stolen, never again.
