04/10/2025: Worst McDonald's experience ever. Hygiene is non-existent. I paid 2 extra euros for pommes with cheddar cheese to get a micro dose of cheese and a smaller portion of pommes than the free one. I didn't think it could be this bad. I recommend it to everyone who wants to test their nerves.

29/09/2025: I had a great time! Very friendly staff and fast service. Located right in the center and very close to where I stayed, Bolzano has always been in my heart... I can't wait to go back!

28/07/2025: Ich hatte das Restaurant aus meiner Kindheit in guter Erinnerung. Leider wurden wir an dem Abend sehr enttäuscht. Sowohl, dass für einen zweiten Teller (der zu spät zum teilenden Gericht kam) wurde etwas berechnet als auch der „Willkommensdrink“ der als Gast des Hotels umsonst sein sollte. Als wir das mit dem Drink anmerken wollten, wurde der Chef ausfallend und laut und hat (vermutlich!) das Getränk aus der Tasche seiner Mitarbeiterin (die den Fehler wohl gemacht hat) zahlen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter rannten rum wie aufgescheuchte Hühner, bei dem Chef und der ständigen Angst im Nacken wohl kein Wunder! Leider ein rundum katastrophaler Abend! Essen war ok! Große Portionen, allerdings keine besonders gute Qualität. ✌🏻

26/07/2025: Wir hatten den Ruster Biergarten eigentlich in schöner Erinnerung – mein Mann war früher schon mit seinen Eltern hier, wir waren mehrfach mit unseren Kindern da, und diesmal wollten unsere inzwischen erwachsenen Kinder ein weiteres Mal gemeinsam dort essen. Der Anlass war der 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes Leider wurde der Abend eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen war bestenfalls durchschnittlich – eher Masse statt Klasse. Das Personal wirkte durchweg hektisch und angespannt, was wohl auch mit dem äußerst unfreundlichen Chef zusammenhängt. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass das Team regelrecht Angst vor ihm hat. Ein kleiner, aber bezeichnender Punkt: Für einen zweiten Teller zum Teilen einer Vorspeise wurden 1,50 € berechnet – mit der Begründung, dass es kein Gedeck gibt. Das mag formell stimmen, aber in Lokalen, die ein Gedeck berechnen, bekommt man dafür üblicherweise einen Brotkorb mit Öl oder Butter – hier gibt es nichts dergleichen. Auf der Rechnung war zudem ein kleiner Fehler. Als wir höflich um Korrektur baten, hatte man das Gefühl, dass die sehr freundliche junge Bedienung den Fehler aus eigener Tasche begleichen musste – was uns sehr unangenehm war. Als wir schließlich das Gespräch mit dem Chef suchten, wollte er erst gar nicht zu uns kommen. Auf unser Bestehen hin erschien er doch – jedoch ausfallend, respektlos und in einem Ton, der völlig unangebracht war. Wörtlich sagte er: „Dann schreiben Sie doch eine Bewertung!“ Dieser Satz spricht für sich – Gästezufriedenheit scheint hier keine Rolle zu spielen. Offenbar verlässt man sich auf täglich neue Kundschaft. Sehr schade – ein Ort, den wir einst mochten, hat sich für uns leider komplett verändert. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen – und können es auch niemandem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

25/08/2025: Beautiful, traditional, family-run restaurant. You're welcomed like family with a smile and kindness. The food is truly delicious and home-cooked. The prices are very reasonable. We had a really good time and I highly recommend it for a traditional meal.

20/08/2025: My partner and I just stayed at this campsite for three nights, and we were pleasantly surprised! We arrived without a reservation and were able to check in without any problems. The setting is picturesque, the welcome is warm, the staff friendly, and we felt right at home! The only downside is the construction work nearby, which wakes you up quite early (around 7 a.m.). As for the rest, we were able to take advantage of this leg of our road trip to pitch our tent and enjoy the surrounding activities! We recommend this campsite 🏕️

17/08/2025: This campsite is perfectly fine if you just need a place to stay for one night. It’s not the quietest location, and there are definitely quite a few mosquitoes around, but for a short stopover that’s manageable. If you’re on a longer trip, passing through, or bikepacking, it does the job and gives you a spot to rest before continuing your journey. It might not be the most comfortable for a longer holiday, but for a quick overnight stay it’s enough.

13/07/2025: Sono stato a mangiare a pranzo con tutta la mia famiglia in questo rifugio e ho trovato uno staff molto gentile e cortese che sanno fare molto bene il suo lavoro quando l’ambiente è positivo il servizio si riflette sul cliente ed in questo caso il servizio è stato ottimo complimenti a tutto lo staff, ma soprattutto a Daniel

13/06/2025: Volevo terminare in bellezza una bellissima vacanza con un tempo favoloso, in uno dei posti più stupefacenti d'Italia, invece sono capitata in un locale che più che un rifugio o comunque un posto d'accoglienza Montanaro mi sembra un manicomio. Camerieri, evidentemente sovraccarichi di lavoro, danno i numeri in un posto che definire squallido è fargli un complimento: non c'è la minima cura in nessuna parte del locale e non è lontanamente paragonabile a tutti gli altri rifugi, malghe e posti di ristoro che voi potete trovare a Seceda e all'Alpe di Chiusi. A dispetto della vista meravigliosa il locale è veramente di ultima categoria. Non posso giudicare la qualità del cibo visto che con l'andazzo che c'era mi sono limitata a ordinare un semplice succo di frutta. Veramente una pessima sorpresa.

22/09/2025: Clean, bright, and welcoming place. The owner and his sons are very kind. I had a kebab sandwich, crispy and very tasty; my husband had a pizza, which he loved, and wasn't burned on the bottom at all (which he hates). We drank a beer and a mineral water, plus two coffees. €18 in total, after they gave us a discount on the coffees. It's a shame we don't live in Pavia, otherwise we'd be back often.

31/08/2025: The owner, or someone who works there, attacked us outside while drunk and then told the police (after we reported him) that we hadn't paid the bill, even though we'd never been inside or eaten anything. Let's just say it's not a nice environment, haha.

23/08/2025: The €10 ice cream cup was poor, and the ice cream was pretty bad. Service was friendly but quite slow, even with few customers.

20/08/2025: Everything is bad, the food is inedible, the house wine is terrible, and it used to be really good, but never again!!

05/10/2025: Positive experience. I ate fish and left satisfied. The portions were adequate and the food was good. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. I'll be back! Good value for money.

20/06/2025: I can't rate the food, but I can rate the service and hospitality. I find it a complete disrespect when you call ahead to ask how long your meal will be served and the owner tells you 10:45 p.m. When we arrived for dinner at 10:15 p.m. on a Friday evening, we discovered that the restaurant was already closed and dark. When we asked why we'd been given the wrong information over the phone, all we got was a reproachful look from the owner, who asked us what we were doing coming by at that time. I'd just like to mention that according to Google, the restaurant is officially open until 11:30 p.m.

17/07/2025: Had breakfast with friends, very friendly and quick service even though it was full...a top breakfast selection, and everything really very good, the cappuccino a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow, so some ordered it twice...and could pay for everything with TRIL! Cool boss Michi... 👍👍👍

02/07/2025: Very rude waiter. Asked for water and took 15 minutes. Even though there weren't many people. Never again.

20/09/2025: Warning: They charge different prices than those listed on the menu. 2 pizzas and 2 drinks... paid €12 more! When I asked, I was told that the cover charge, including the plate, fork, and blunt knife, was extra. Apparently, they also charge for pouring drinks and the breadsticks that were left without comment. We will never eat here again.

16/09/2025: Super friendly service, great pizza, everything very clean, a great restaurant. I can highly recommend it.
