31/03/2026: A terrible experience in every way. The bouncers are embarrassingly arrogant: rude, listless, and completely disinterested in those who have been waiting in line for hours. They let friends and acquaintances through without any criteria, while those who wait properly are ignored as if they don't exist. Non-existent organization: people left out in the cold without the slightest information, treated superficially and with zero respect. This is shameful and unacceptable behavior for any establishment that claims to be reputable.

31/03/2026: Horrible experience, the bouncers were truly arrogant, rude, and lazy. They let all their friends and others through, leaving those who had queued properly outside. People are left standing outside, unsure if they'll actually get in, ignored by everyone and left in the cold.

25/06/2026: The restaurant offers a very pleasant experience. The food is excellent, with top-quality dishes and the service is always friendly and fast. It's definitely a go-to sushi spot in Bolzano.

16/07/2025: A wonderful culinary experience. I tried a slice of Linzer torte and it was delicious, but what really blew me away was the Nussdreiken, a cake I'd never tasted before. I ate it with gusto and was sad to finish it. It's a shortcrust pastry cake with a walnut and almond filling, and topped with flaked almonds. I recommend it. A slice of cake costs €2.30. Also affordable.

18/12/2025: A wonderful weekend, thanks in part to the hospitality of the Krone staff. It's very close to the center, and you can leave your car in the garage and explore Bressanone without a care in the world. Highly recommended restaurant.

12/12/2025: First time at this hotel, excellent central location in Bressanone. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. We dined at the hotel as we booked half board. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. A tip for those staying half board, as they offer a tasting menu. Offering typical local dishes is an alternative to the menu, as some guests may have allergies or dislike certain dishes. Overall

06/05/2026: Everyone gets a second chance. The Rössl got one and failed again. The staff, without exception, were completely unmotivated and unfriendly. One star is definitely too much. Therefore, we won't be coming back.

01/03/2026: Position is very good and the room are clean, even if overpriced, but it’s crazy that an hotel on the slopes don’t have a luggage deposit service, they told me that they couldn’t keep my luggage for my last day of ski and also they ask me to free the parking spot, so basically I had to find a new park and leave all my luggage on the street, even my computer. That’s a poor service and for sure Not a service aligned with the price of the room.

12/02/2026: Conveniently located guesthouse in the center of Corvara, right between the Boé lift and the Col Alto lift. Both lifts are within walking distance. From the Col Alto, you can even ski back to the guesthouse (across the street). Both lifts provide access to the Sella Ronda. Corvara is also an excellent starting point for other hikes. Friendly owners. A cheerful welcome at breakfast every morning at 7:30 am. The breakfast was excellent, by the way. There was a wide selection. Egg dishes were made to order every morning, so there was plenty of variety. Cakes, biscuits, and sweet croissants were also available. Parking was available in a spacious parking space in a covered parking garage. The (standard) room was basic, unfortunately without a balcony. The room wasn't oversized, and the space around the bed was actually limited. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with everything you need. The bathroom was a bit dated (1970s). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Excellent Wi-Fi. The guesthouse is located on a main road and near the church. It snowed twice overnight, and then they cleared the snow very early in the morning. The beeping of the snowplows when reversing was particularly annoying. And if the snowplows didn't wake you up, you were woken every day at 7:00 a.m. by the very loud church bells. Street noise was also clearly audible, so light sleepers should be aware of this. We turned this necessity into a virtue by having breakfast at 7:30 a.m. every morning, allowing us to start skiing at 8:30 a.m. The ski launch was in the ski room. Very small and cramped. With four people, it was already full. A plus was the boot heater. Even when it was hot, it was wonderful to slip into warm ski boots. We found the price-quality ratio of this guesthouse to be excellent. Our rating for this guesthouse is 4.5.

10/10/2025: Rustic yet welcoming, the interior decor is inviting. The outdoor terrace offers a panoramic view of the entire valley. The traditional dishes are plentiful and of excellent quality. The staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are average, and the portions will satisfy even the most discerning palates. Definitely worth a try.

29/05/2026: Based on the good reviews, we visited the Therme restaurant. At first, we were a little skeptical because it didn't look particularly inviting, but the pizza was delicious and the prices are absolutely fantastic! We paid €6.50 for a Margherita! Elsewhere, you'd easily pay twice that, and here you get really fair prices and great taste! Many locals go here, which is usually a good sign. The service was friendly and efficient! Card payments are no problem.
