31/07/2026: The food was quite good. The mushrooms were too salty for my taste. The filled dumplings were delicious. The service could be improved. They were friendly, but the way they brought things to the table was lacking. The staff were closely watched by the owner. Overall, a very nice place.

The service was a mixed bag: the staff tried hard and were friendly, but were clearly understaffed, which was noticeable in the wait times. The fantastic atmosphere alone makes it worth a visit, but there's room for improvement in both the food and the service.

27/05/2026: A very pleasant restaurant, with a refined ambiance and a relaxed atmosphere. The seafood dishes are truly excellent; you can taste the fresh ingredients and the meticulous preparation. The pizza is also delicious: thin-crust, not the classic thick crust, but made in the low, crispy style, topped with high-quality ingredients that truly make the difference. Friendly and fast service, fair prices for what they offer. One of those places you'll want to return to.

29/06/2026: We visited the restaurant in June 2025 and were very impressed. We returned on June 27th and were very disappointed. The service staff seemed very stressed. I ordered lemon sorbet for dessert, but unfortunately, it contained plastic. We tried several times to get the staff's attention, but without success. The same thing happened when we paid; we were ignored. This was the last time we will ever visit this restaurant.

18/04/2026: A magnificent setting at the foot of the Sassongher, a highly professional staff, and an atmosphere that made Live Sketching even more special. M & J's wedding in September 2025 was one of those events where everything ran perfectly. An experience I highly recommend!

20/04/2026: I'm giving one star not for the quality of the food, which is good, nor for the location, which is splendid, but for behavior that I consider unacceptable in 2026. When I received the bill, I was informed that payment by card was not possible, only cash. There was no notice on the menu, no sign at the entrance, and no verbal communication when ordering. When I said I'd have to count the amount if I had enough cash, I was offered an instant bank transfer: this proves that the internet connection is present and that the POS's refusal was not due to technical issues, but a specific management decision. I find this behavior extremely serious for two reasons: 1. It's an inconvenience to the customer: If I hadn't had enough change with me, how would I have managed? In a remote area, it's not easy to find an ATM. It's an embarrassing situation that a customer shouldn't have to experience. 2. Lack of civic duty: As a VAT-registered taxpayer, I know what it means to pay taxes and fees. The mandatory POS law has been in place for years precisely to ensure tax equity. Seeing this situation repeat itself over time (as confirmed by other reviews) suggests a systematic attempt to circumvent the rules to the detriment of those who pay taxes every day. The law is the same for everyone, even at high altitudes. I hope the management finally decides to comply with the current regulations out of respect for customers and the community.

09/07/2026: We were passing through. There was plenty of space and the service was attentive. The food was delicious, especially the burgers with the Chianina patty.

01/07/2026: Five stars for the kindness of the manager, Fabio, who is attentive to the customer's needs, helpful, and proactive. Sometimes this kind of attention makes all the difference... Regarding the dishes offered and the quality of the food, I'd say it depends on the company, not the staff. It's a popular place, though, so it's obviously to the taste of many, but not mine.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless, friendly and efficient, setting the tone from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained, with a fantastic shower. Breakfast offered a great selection and was a perfect start to the day. Overall, the hotel delivers outstanding value for money when you consider the quality of the facilities and service. A place you can book with confidence.
