A great castle! The lord of the castle is friendly, courteous and entertaining. He likes to tell the history of the place and leaves nothing to be desired for his guests. We love coming back every year!

Purtroppo era una fredda e nevosa sera invernale per cui non abbiamo potuto ammirare il castello in tutto il suo splendore ma abbiamo apprezzato molto le pietanze culinarie! Famoso probabilmente per lo stinco (che di certo merita la salita), anche la mia minestra del giorno era deliziosa (pur non essendo riuscita a carpirne la ricetta). Il proprietario un personaggio particolare che ben si addice alla location. Torneremo di certo!

01/04/2024: Super delicious apple strudel, cheesecake and pear and chocolate tart!! The coffee is also impressive and the service was always friendly 🤗 that's why it's always full and the interior is relatively "restless". We were still there three times 😉

Oberbrunn Buschenschank

15/12/2023: Traditional Buschenschank with a spacious guest garden under old trees. Nice view to the south. Clear but completely sufficient selection of food and drinks of excellent quality. Pure family business. The owner handles the service confidently and the wife prepares the delicacies fresh. I really enjoyed the fried eggs with bacon and fried potatoes. A real insider tip, although located in the immediate vicinity of the Marlinger Waalweg!
