Welcoming service, pleasant atmosphere. Creative dishes, above all a great vegetarian choice. Especially appreciated the inclusion of traditional herbs in almost all meals, as well as in the appetizer. Thank you for this great experience!

Absolutely fantastic. My partner and I went this afternoon around 3:00 PM for lunch (very late for a restaurant), and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Excellent service. The food was delicious and seasonal, and the service was amazing. We left very happy. A highly recommended experience!

We dined at Restaurant Fink as part of the "Eisacktaler Kost 2026" culinary weeks. The restaurant is beautifully situated in the arcades of Brixen's old town and boasts a stunning design throughout. Inside, you can sit comfortably and enjoy your dinner in peace. The service is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and courteous. The menu, especially for vegetarians, leaves nothing to be desired, and the quality is outstanding. We had a wonderful three-course à la carte menu and were completely satisfied and happy afterward. The prices are perfectly reasonable and, at around €50-60 per person, absolutely commensurate with the quality. We highly recommend a visit to Fink and will gladly return on our next trip to Brixen.

I had the pleasure of spending my birthday here and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was exceptionally attentive and friendly from the very first minute, making us feel instantly at ease. The hotel's facilities—suites, spa, and restaurant—are on par with the very best and impressed us from beginning to end. The four-course menu and wines were exquisite, with many excellent recommendations from the waitstaff. It was also lovely to see that they are training the next generation of service professionals and giving them the opportunity to prove themselves at this level. The spa area was incredibly beautiful and allowed us to completely unwind. Fink Restaurant & Suites is certainly not the cheapest option in Brixen, but it delivers on its promises. Here, you don't just get an overnight stay, but rather the South Tyrolean lifestyle combined with superb service and beautiful surroundings. We'll be back, thank you :)

Fine restaurant with fine food and a fine atmosphere.

We spent our short but wonderful honeymoon here and felt very comfortable from the start. The hosts contributed greatly to this with their warm hospitality – thank you so much! Arriving by train is straightforward, and the location right in the center is perfect. Our room was a dream: spacious, simple, and very cozy. The harmonious interior design with wood, floors, and arches is consistent throughout the entire house and creates a particularly lovely atmosphere. Despite the central location, it's wonderfully quiet everywhere – ideal for unwinding. The small, elegant spa area invites you to relax. The breakfast is excellent, featuring many regional products and lovingly prepared dishes. The restaurant is also sensational – creative South Tyrolean cuisine with superb local ingredients. We will definitely be back! 😊

Delicious food. Beautiful, stylish decor.

We had lunch at Fink for the first time and can give it a clear 5-star rating. The food was excellent – ​​we had Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta) and Tris-Knödel (a type of dumpling), and the freshly baked spelt bread was divine. The atmosphere is lovely and very welcoming. The service was professional and very friendly. We'll be back!
