12/05/2025: Michaela and Ewald run the Johannserhof farm with simplicity, passion and a lot of love for their land. It is a magical, authentic place, where you can observe South Tyrol up close, from the eyes of those who live it every day cultivating the land and raising animals. All their products are homemade, the management is completely family-run, attention is paid to every little detail. The internal Stube is simply wonderful and smells like home. Treat yourself and visit this unique place for an autumn Törggelen!

16/07/2025: We were there as a family (2 adults, 3 children). The atmosphere upon entering was rather intimidating. But the pizza and the staff later proved to us that we had made the right decision.

08/06/2025: I've been coming to the Steinerhof in Pfelders since 2003 and, after a long break, I've returned with a friend. The entire Hofer family is characterized by their warmth and hospitality. Even after nine years, it feels like "coming home." The apartments are spacious and have great balconies for enjoying the beautiful view. The biggest highlight is the rides with the fantastic Haflinger horses, lovingly trained by Alberich and his daughters. Thanks to the attentive guidance of the family members, we quickly gained confidence on horseback in the challenging terrain of Pfelders. The family's farm tavern is also highly recommended. Katy prepares delicious dishes using regional and home-grown products. You once again made our stay something special - thank you very much, we look forward to seeing you again soon.😊

11/03/2025: Il ristorante si trova in centro al piccolo paese di Plan in val Passiria. È molto accogliente e arredato in stile rustico, tutto in legno. Il personale molto gentile. I piatti tipici sono gustosi e abbondanti e a base di prodotti a km 0. Le carni provengono dall'allevamento di famiglia. La cuoca Katy è molto brava ad usare gli ingredienti per i piatti tipici! Ottimi i dolci. Per finire il proprietario signor Alberich propone l'assaggio delle sue grappe a base di erbe e radici autoprodotte, vere medicine, naturalmente senza esagerare. Consigliato a chi ama i piatti rustici.

08/07/2025: Ordered takeout. For our anniversary dinner, we decided to order sushi, and after some research, we settled on this place. We're extremely happy with our choice! The rice was good, the fish very fresh, and the value was excellent!

10/07/2025: Two excellent dinners at this traditional, family-run inn. Must try the homemade ravioli, the trio of dumplings, and the exceptional Milanese cutlet. Don't miss the strudel and the apple pie. Also, the gelato with warm raspberries! Draft beer or local white wine. Congratulations! The price is very reasonable!

10/05/2025: A little dated environment but I was surprised by the deliciousness of the dumplings I ate. As they say, sometimes appearances can be deceiving. Very welcoming and polite staff. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend a stop.

24/07/2025: The hotel is quiet and perfect for a relaxing couple of days. The breakfast is varied. There's a wonderful free massage chair. The owner is friendly and helpful.

13/07/2025: The hotel is perfect for bikers. The amenities are lavish. Everyone is friendly and attentive. The location is superb. Many thanks to chef Manu for the special flavor. We'd love to come back.

21/06/2025: Obscene. Booked for about 15 people, pizza only menu which in my opinion was also very poor. First served three pizzas then two to another table then three to another table again then finally two to ours again and so on. In short, an endless wait and children at the limit. In short.... Pizza is better than the frozen one, terrible service and cold and insignificant environment. But I recommend you dress well or you can't get in.

05/08/2025: A true gem in the heart of the Dolomites! Ristorante Medel won us over in every way: the warm and welcoming atmosphere, refined furnishings, and spectacular mountain views. The service was impeccable: courtesy, professionalism, and genuine smiles made us feel instantly at home. The cuisine? Simply excellent. Dishes crafted with attention to detail, a perfect balance of Ladin tradition and contemporary creativity. We tried several specialties, and each course was a surprise of authentic flavors and aromas. The desserts are absolutely not to be missed—true works of art! Highly recommended for a romantic dinner, a special evening, or simply to enjoy the best of Val Gardena's gastronomy. Kudos to the entire team!

14/07/2025: Well organized. Round-trip transportation from San Cassiano. Decent, clean rooms. Decent food and breakfast with a good wine list. Smart, friendly staff. The view does the rest.

31/07/2025: A superb, modern mountain hut with comfortable rooms and excellent food. Easily accessible via cable car/gondola. The view is breathtaking. A view of the Dolomites is also possible when the weather is right. The host served and cooked for us as a hiking group alone. Excellent service and the absolutely best food we enjoyed during our eight-day hike. We'd love to come back. Thank you so much for everything.

19/07/2025: The perfect place for (mountain) time for two. Whether on the terrace, by the pool, or on the private balcony, the view is breathtaking.

13/07/2025: A beautiful location high above Verdins! We were there for a BBQ and loved it. Whether it's for dinner or a stay at the hotel, I don't think it matters; everything is simply fantastic. There are Friesian horses and wooden chalets on steel supports with a magnificent view!
