Really beautiful location, the glass on the ceiling is striking Exceptional amuse bouche, a tomato soup First and second starters also exceptional. Our rating for the entire dinner is a 9, we had a good time and ate well.

Elegant place but with that touch of informality that makes it very livable. It's not the restaurant that intimidates. Their sharing policy is well publicized. The service is of quality, discreet people who know how to treat the customer very well. The cuisine is excellent and each dish can be easily shared with the other people at the table, in order to give a taste experience without feeling weighed down by the obligation of having to face many dishes. The very well-stocked wine list completes.

Very high quality in the choice of raw materials and excellent combination. Superlative cuisine. Unmissable culinary experience in an elegant and peaceful location.

Wir waren mit Freunden letztens in der Tree Brasserie in Bozen. Absolut zu empfehlen und Essen ist sehr gut ✨👏🏻 Wir wurden gleich herzlich empfangen. Der Service war angenehm, präsent und sehr professionell => Top!🔝 Das Konzept „We Share“ hat uns gut gefallen und gibt die Möglichkeit mehrere Gerichte auszuprobieren, was, wie in unserem Fall, in einer netten privaten Runde angehem ist. Trotzdem kann aber auch jeder sein eigenes Gericht wählen und ich fand es super aufmerksam, dass der Service bereits beim Bestellen nachfragt ob das Gericht für‘s „sharen“ bestimmt ist oder eben nicht. ☺️ Zum Essen gibt es nichts zu nörgeln! Jedes Gericht war so wie man es erwartet … => sehr gut und innovativ!! Zu empfehlen sind unbedingt die Weinbergschnecken und der Tagesfisch! 😀😋

Quality was okay, but we weren't told that it was a T-bone steak for 2 people (it wasn't on the menu either). So we ordered 2 giant T-bones for 4 people and also an appetizer. Communication with the customer was very poor with a Michelin star. Plus, you should be able to pay with Amex at a restaurant of this class!

In un ambiente classico, ma con il giusto tocco di modernità, si possono gustare piatti raffinati veramente eccellenti. A partire della cucina, alla carta dei vini, fino ad arrivare al più piccolo dettaglio, è evidente la gestione da parte di veri professionisti, attenti a soddisfare anche i clienti più esigenti. Se vi trovate a Bolzano dovete assolutamente fermarvi in questo ristorante, decisamente tra i migliori in città.

Location bellissima. Cibo ottimo e personale attento agli ospiti. Tutti molto disponibili e professionali. Super consiglio questo ristorante !

What a treasure! A charming and classy restaurant tucked in courtyard just off the main street. Service was perfect. My duck breast was the best I ever had, and I make a point of ordering duck everywhere I find it. It was the most tender and unctuous duck you can imagine. Not some jumbo steroid (tough) duck breast. Just a perfect and tender 8 oz piece with crunchy skin with grilled artichoke and pumpkin puree. Cooked to perfection with just the right amount of sauce. My wifes fish was also excellent.

Ottimo menù con piatti che coniugano qualità, tradizione e sapori tipici. Una piacevole scoperta. Nota particolare di merito per i dolci.

Ristorante da poter consigliare a occhi chiusi. Location curata ed elegante. Personale attento, disponibile e presente senza essere in alcun modo opprimente. Cibo delizioso, nota speciale la meritano i dolci, semplicemente indimenticabili.
