Mixed experience. I ordered a trio of dumplings with Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta) instead of coleslaw, but I received the trio without coleslaw and a small portion of Schlutzkrapfen (the dumplings were full price, the Schlutzkrapfen were €2 off). They could have informed me about this. The food was very good and tasty. The view was great too!

It's a really great place to go with family or friends for a lovely morning. It has an interior patio/terrace and perfect views. Regarding the food, I would have loved for everything to arrive at the same time so we could all eat together; unfortunately, it arrived in batches, but overall it was delicious. The service was very friendly, and I definitely recommend it.

We stopped here for a drink during a hike – unfortunately, I have to say. It was still early and we weren't hungry – but the pasta looked especially delicious. Next time we'll plan our hiking stops better ;-) The seating is lovely and the service is very friendly.

After a hike through the gorge, we spontaneously decided to stop here for a meal. As it turned out, this was a good decision. The service was attentive and friendly, the food was very tasty and authentic. We also enjoyed the view of the vineyards.

The people up there were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! :) We parked at the trailhead parking lot and hiked up for about an hour. We'd love to come back! 🌻

Rableidalm

30/10/2025: We were pleasantly surprised by the Rableid Alm! While most hikers bypass this rustic hut and continue on to the often overcrowded Eishof Hut, we enjoyed a wonderful break here. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and authentic. The magnificent view of the Ötztal Alps is particularly impressive. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.
19/10/2025: Beautiful alpine pasture with a fantastic mountain panorama. Good value for money. I had gluten-free roasted potatoes with fried egg and bacon.

Ahner Berghof Trattoria

07/04/2026: We stayed at Ahner Berghof over Easter and were absolutely thrilled. The location and the view are breathtaking. The farm is modern, family-friendly, and pet-friendly. The host family and staff are so warm and welcoming. The food was delicious. The playground, the swimming pond, and the ponies were fantastic!
10/03/2026: A heartfelt recommendation! We spent a week at the Ahner Berghof with our one-and-a-half-year-old son and were absolutely thrilled. The family and team are incredibly welcoming, the rooms are very stylish, the view is stunning, and the food is divine! We'd love to come back again and again! 🫶🏻
