We dined here while exploring Brunico's city center in the evening. The food is delicious and prepared before your eyes. The waitresses are super friendly, and the prices are fair. As a vegetarian, I found two options available, which were sufficient for me. Average per person, I'd say around €25. We highly recommend it!

First, the waitress got the reservation time wrong. Then, she came right over to ask what we wanted, and we hadn't had time to look at the menu yet, so we told her we didn't know. As a result, she came back 30 minutes later... A bit long. The waitress was unpleasant throughout the entire service. However, the onigiri were excellent!

Been travelling through Dolomites for a few weeks and craved some asian food, we dropped by VinSushi and was pleasantly surprised by the food and service. I had the Gyudon and it was great, tastes exactly like something you would get in Japan

28/07/2026: A hidden gem for a hearty dinner in Bolzano. They serve pizza that rivals anything you'd find in Naples. The freshly tapped "Forst" beer is also excellent and served at the perfect temperature. Parking and restrooms are available. The locals gave us a warm welcome.
27/07/2026: The food was amazing. At my special request, I had the carbonara not as a starter, but as a generous main course. While it was made with cream instead of eggs, as is traditional, it was still incredibly delicious. The pizza I ordered was large and equally excellent. The food arrived about 5 minutes after I ordered – I have no idea how they manage that! When I was asked to pay €27 for both dishes, including drinks, I was so confused that I unfortunately didn't leave a tip, even though it would have been more than appropriate. The atmosphere is very nice, if a bit noisy. We live quite far away, otherwise I would definitely come back. 5/5 stars, fantastic!!
