20/03/2026: Here's a well-written review: ⸻ Last night we ate pizza at the Palaghiaccio di Corvara in Corvara, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The pizza was very good, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is completely informal, perhaps even a little rustic, but precisely because of this, it's welcoming and relaxed, without too many pretensions. The service was quick and efficient, ideal if you want something good to eat without a long wait. The real added value, however, is the view of the ice rink: last night there was a hockey game, and being able to eat while watching the game made the atmosphere truly fun and different from usual. A simple yet authentic place, perfect for a casual evening with friends or family. We'll definitely be back! Marta served us, very kind and helpful.

18/08/2025: We visited the Pienzenau Restaurant in Merano on a balmy summer evening last week and were thrilled from the start. The stunning location, nestled between the vineyards and the old town of Merano, impressed us. The magnificent garden surrounding the property is a true gem and invites you to linger. Our seat on the terrace offered a wonderful view of the property and garden – a perfect setting for a special evening. The hostess and her team welcomed us warmly, immediately creating a familiar and homely atmosphere. Culinary delights left nothing to be desired: We enjoyed a fantastic three-course menu that will remain with us forever. The taste, quality, and presentation were of the highest standard. The team was also perfectly prepared for my gluten-free requests – without any prior notice. We would especially like to mention the young ladies in the waiting room – incredibly attentive, courteous, and always warm. All in all, it was an evening we will cherish for a long time to come. 10/08/2025: Unbelievable gem on the way to Trautmannsdorf by foot. Stop here. Best carbonara of our lives. Other menu items looked sublime too when arriving on other tables. Super wines and service. Lush gardens. A real haven <3

22/03/2026: Vegan hotel with modern, well-maintained and clean rooms. Friendly and attentive service. The food is truly exquisite and tasty, perhaps the best thing about the entire hotel. Like several hotels in the area, it has direct access to the ski slopes and hiking areas. The gourmet dinner was truly appreciated. The breakfast buffet is also excellent.

14/03/2026: We weren't hotel guests, but we had lunch at the à la carte restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, a 10/10, and even my non-vegan father declared the Kaiserschmarren (shredded pancake) the best on the entire Seiser Alm. The only downside was the risotto, whose portion size, at the hefty price of €30(!), was rather outrageous. I wonder who's supposed to get full on that. However, we'll definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the Kaiserschmarren, the pizza, and the seitan sandwich. The other dishes were also comparable in value for money to other mountain huts.

25/03/2026: We stopped at this restaurant by chance and it was the best surprise of the trip. Impeccable service, even without speaking English very well, the gentleman who served us managed to understand us and explain everything about the menu. The food was excellent, the service was impeccable, the restaurant is beautiful and the price is very good! The tiramisu, which is the house specialty, was perfect, everything was incredible! I highly recommend it!! We loved it!

29/12/2025: I can only comment on the food. First, points for getting a table without a reservation. The ambiance and food weren't anything special, but they were okay. I wouldn't recommend the burrito. The pizza and burgers were alright. The schnitzel was good. The service wasn't great; it felt like being processed on an assembly line. In the end, it wasn't anything special, and I wouldn't come back.
