Hotel TOP, cucina illogica Albergo splendido, a metà di una bella pista delle Alpe di Siusi, con accesso diretto agli impianti. Splendida SPA, personale gentilissimo, pulizia perfetta. Quello che purtroppo non torna e’ la cucina. Non si discute la scelta vegetariana - che abbiamo condiviso - ma il come si realizza. Intanto il vincolo vegano per tutti la sera e’ inaccettabile. Perché se fate la pizza migliore delle Alpi non la servite anche la sera, ma solo di giorno? Perché a colazione e pranzo vegetariano e la sera solo vegano? Infine, ed è la annotazione più dolorosa ma anche più vera, perché volere stupire per forza con piatti ultra-elaborati mettendo da parte territorio e semplicità? per concludere, non ci siamo. Per alcuni giorni siamo stati costretti al “menu’ baby” (con la pasta al pomodoro peraltro buonissima) pur di non affrontare la pretenziosità della chef.

Had a delicious lunch while skiing. Very nicely decorated and good service. Lots of artwork in the lobby. Hotel also seems good.

Paradiso is absolutely amazing, it’s my home away from home. The hotel is literally located in paradise, with magical views over the Dolomites. You can oversee UNESCO world natural heritage from the hottub outside. I’ve been at the hotel in winter and summer, both seasons come with unique and awesome opportunities. The food is terrific: breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared with great taste and creativity. The rooms are great, super comfortable and quiet. And, most importantly, the people that work at the hotel create a relaxing ambiance. The vibes are always positive and chill. And a cherry on top: yoga lessons in the morning and evening by a wonderful and sweet teacher. One word: GO!!!!

Del ristorante ci hanno purtroppo lasciato provare solo la pizza (davvero ottimo impasto, la farcitura invece meno accurata), poichè alle 13.58 di domenica in alta stagione sciistica ci hanno detto seccamente che la cucina era già chiusa. Peccato che avessimo chiamato un' ora prima e al telefono ci avessero spiegato che si poteva tranquillamente arrivare fino alle 14 senza nemmeno prenotare.....

Un luogo magico, un hotel vegetariano/ vegano in una posizione fantastica, titolari e personale sempre discreto ma sempre disponibile... c'è tanto amore in questo progetto.

This was my second stay at the hotel and once again I very much enjoyed not only the location but the great food, fantastic recommendations for wine pairings and skiing in the area. The staff were very kind and always had an open ear, I always look forward to the beautiful dinner creations from the chef and the SPA area has everything to offer from floating to different saunas, infrared, a hot tub and a pool. Thanks for a beautiful stay.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Paradiso Pure Living auf der Seiser Alm, einem einzigartigen vegetarischen und veganen Hotelkonzept, war schlichtweg fantastisch! Gemeinsam mit unserer Familie und Freunden haben wir eine unvergessliche Zeit erlebt. Alex und Max erwiesen sich nicht nur als großartige Gastgeber, sondern kümmerten sich mit einer herzlichen Aufmerksamkeit um jedes Detail unseres Aufenthalts. Ihre Fürsorge machte unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Das Hotel beeindruckte uns nicht nur mit seinem charmanten Ambiente, sondern auch mit seiner tadellosen Sauberkeit und seinem herausragenden Service. Die komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmer ließen keine Wünsche offen, und die atemberaubende Aussicht rundete das Erlebnis ab. Das hoteleigene Restaurant verwöhnte uns zudem mit einer Vielfalt an köstlichen vegetarischen und veganen Speisen. Ergänzend dazu fungiert das gesamte Hotel als künstlerisches Atelier, das mit seinen inspirierenden Kunstwerken und Design-Elementen eine einzigartige Atmosphäre schafft. Unser Aufenthalt war eine perfekte Mischung aus Entspannung, Luxus und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft. Wir können das Hotel Paradiso Pure Living uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Posizione strepitosa, personale cortese e ottimi servizi. Cucina vegana e vegetariana di livello altissimo e selezione di vini biologici ottima.. peccato aver avuto solo 4 giorni a disposizione. Soggiorno splendido!

This was certainly one the most memorable experiences we had in recent years. Every thing worked just perfect. If we should add any contructive critics, would suggest to open a daily menu, available already at breakfast, thus giving the option to choose for the whole menu or just a simple meal at dinner. This would safe work, time and money for all. In all aspects the Paradiso Pure Living delivers what its name suggests: a Paradise to live at. Thanks to everyone involved for delivering this extraordinary experience. Special thanks to Alex and Max, orchestring the team. Fiorela for taking good care of our soul and spirit(s). And last but not least, thanks to the friendly young girl trio at every meal, Irina, Ana and Aryna (?, not sure this is spelled right).
