08/04/2026: A superbly run inn with stylishly renovated and modern rooms. Stunning views over Brixen and the Dolomites. A friendly host who discreetly attends to his guests without being intrusive. The cuisine is a highlight. If you have the chance, you should eat here. There's no need to drive into town. You won't find better food anywhere else.

06/01/2026: A charming place just 10 minutes from Bressanone. Excellent dinner and breakfast. The room had a fantastic view of the Dolomites and Bressanone. Friendly and helpful staff.

04/04/2026: Many locals also dine here, which I see as a positive sign. Excellent restaurant. We'll be back.

29/10/2025: Absolutely divine! 😍 From the elderflower-raspberry juice to the dumplings (with apple, plum, and strawberry) – simply divine! The lady who served us was also incredibly sweet and kind. A must-stop!

07/04/2026: Fantastic hotel in great location with all inclusive formula. Views are fabulous, beautiful rooms, easy access from autostrada, 2 swimming pools, saunas and panoramic terrace. What makes this hotel special is its staff and management, very professional and kind approach, they are valuing comfort of the guests as their highest priority. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

10/03/2026: WHAT BOUTIQUE HOTEL?! FORM ≠ SUBSTANCE We, two people, were staying in early November 2025, thinking (in good faith) that a 4-star superior hotel would have services adapted to autumn temperatures. We were probably fools (sic.). Unfortunately, during our stay, we encountered serious service issues compared to what was advertised and promised at the time of booking and the information provided to us by the staff. Some examples: - Poor cleaning (see photo); - The indoor and outdoor pools were cold and inadequately heated, contrary to what was stated in the description of the services, making a comfortable bath and a stay in them impossible; the same aufguss attendant personally told me about the problems with the outdoor pool, stating the lack of a cover for the night and the fact that the motors to heat it are insufficient; The indoor pool's flooring is severely damaged, without any kind of signage, and I even suffered a cut. The aufguss attendant was unprofessional, as after leading the 2:30 PM ceremony, he went into the sauna for 10 minutes to relax, while I was still working there, and at the next hour's ceremony, he asked us if he could use the same music as the hour before. In the sauna relaxation area, the number of loungers is not proportionate to the number of guests in the spa, forcing us to use those in the pool where the aqua aerobics was held, making any kind of rest impossible given the loud music. The reception staff provided us with incomplete paperwork, which did not include any timetable for dinner and breakfast. So, at the welcome drink, we asked the bartender for the dinner time. We were given a 10:30 PM finish time, which turned out to be incorrect. In fact, at 8:30 PM, we were called to our room, claiming we hadn't shown up. When we arrived at 8:45 PM, the manager greeted us rudely, instructing us that we could only have a second course. After our numerous requests, she brought us a plate of dumplings, saying that they could no longer prepare the other first course, in front of the other diners. All this prevented us from enjoying the full meal, since we couldn't order an appetizer, nor could we choose a first course. Furthermore, it created a stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere that was not in keeping with the relaxation of a four-star superior hotel and a pleasant stay. The best part comes when we formally report the entire series of issues we've encountered, and the only offer we're given is a voucher that would mean having to stay at their property again and a telephone conversation that never happened. The result? Legal action. Be wary of such high-profile reviews; form must also match substance, and you certainly won't find that here.

30/12/2025: A typical restaurant, excellent traditional cuisine, and friendly and knowledgeable staff who explain the highlights of the dish when you order. A unique experience, definitely worth repeating.

30/10/2025: We were pleasantly surprised by the Rableid Alm! While most hikers bypass this rustic hut and continue on to the often overcrowded Eishof Hut, we enjoyed a wonderful break here. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and authentic. The magnificent view of the Ötztal Alps is particularly impressive. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

19/10/2025: Beautiful alpine pasture with a fantastic mountain panorama. Good value for money. I had gluten-free roasted potatoes with fried egg and bacon.

26/03/2026: A top-notch experience at this hotel for several years now. The manager is a passionate perfectionist. He knows every guest and personally ensures their satisfaction. The food is excellent, creative, and prepared with great attention to detail. Every day is like a surprising culinary adventure. The activities organized by the animation team are very enjoyable, and joining them is completely relaxed. Highly recommended!

29/10/2025: Great hotel, wonderful hosts including all the staff. We always feel almost at home. The only downside is that I weigh about 2 kg more after a week's stay. That's probably due to the good food. 😆

23/10/2025: We're currently spending our first vacation here and are thrilled. The breakfast is more than adequate and varied. Dinner is always delicious, and there's even a vegetarian option. We really like the family atmosphere and the warmth of all the staff, so much so that we booked our next vacation right there on site.

17/10/2025: The price and quality are still right here. Excellent ice cream specialties and very good quality. Terrace with a view of the mountains.

28/12/2025: We stayed one night and had a great time. The owners were kind. The room was clean and large. The only thing they could do with replacing the furniture or sofas, which are quite old. I'm not giving it 5 stars because of this and also because we had two small dogs and they didn't let us have breakfast with them. Perhaps they could have warned us in advance that dogs aren't allowed in the restaurant for breakfast. The website says 12 euros per dog, but they charged me 14 euros for two small dogs. It seems a bit high, but otherwise, I recommend the hotel.

23/11/2025: I had lunch at the Kaserhof on Renon a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful time. The location is stunning, with a breathtaking view. The staff was friendly and quick, and the food was truly delicious: simple, carefully prepared, and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was quiet and authentic. I'll definitely be back!

22/12/2025: Quiet and panoramic location, friendly staff, overall a welcoming place 🥰The food is delicious and the wellness center inside the hotel is much appreciated 🧖‍♀️🤩 Ideal for those who want to get away from it all but also for those who want to go on excursions and trips from here. Also great for families with children 🙂
