Walter In San candido

We are very happy that we came across this restaurant. Coming back from Civetta, we decided to have lunch in our beloved Italy and that's where the idea came from. And it turned out that not only were the primi pati really delicious, but at the end the owner told us that his mother-in-law was Alba, who co-invented TIRAMiSU in the 1970s. Of course we ordered and ate it, it was really something. Be sure to come by

We had dinner at this restaurant and had a wonderful meal. Dishes with quality ingredients, cooked impeccably. The shank and the goulash are absolutely worth trying. But in general everything is delicious. Also their sweet tiramisu. Courtesy and friendliness of the innkeeper Mr. Frank. What can I say, probably the best restaurant in San Candido.

Delicious lunch: dumplings in broth and excellent spatzle, shank with potatoes superb. Typical, welcoming and well-kept location. Excellent service, friendly and friendly owner. Good value for money. Super recommended!

I went to the Walter restaurant for lunch with some friends. Characteristic place with a good choice of menu. I tried the goulash with polenta and the authentic tiramisu for dessert, simply spectacular! Average prices. Advised!

Cucina genuina, ricercata e fatta di materie prime ottime ed elaborate con maestria ... pasta e fagioli meravigliosa ... da rimangiare !!!

È un Sereno e Piacevole Ambiente Familiare; Il Signor Franco è un Superbo Factotum... abile in ogni ambito - lavorativo perché da Gestore passa a Barman poi Cameriere fiero di presentare in tavola ai Clienti le più Deliziose Leccornie del Sudtirolo... il Gulash e la pasta fatta a mano abilmente preparate dalla sua Signora. Franco è, inoltre, un Ufficio Informazioni Turistiche concentrate in una Persona. Grazie di Cuore per averci fatto sentire ancor meglio che a Casa. Grazie Spero di ripassare quanto prima a trovarvi. Perfetto per una cena informale. Ambiente accogliente e caratteristico. Buona offerta di piatti. Ottima qualità del cibo e ben presentata. Servizio celere, cortese e professionale. Unico neo, a mio parere, coperto troppo costoso.
