Very centrally located, near bus stop, spacious grounds, beautiful garden with swimming pool, very good breakfast buffet, friendly staff, ideal for hiking, 3 restaurants (pizzeria, Mexican and country inn).

I can only comment on the food. First, points for getting a table without a reservation. The ambiance and food weren't anything special, but they were okay. I wouldn't recommend the burrito. The pizza and burgers were alright. The schnitzel was good. The service wasn't great; it felt like being processed on an assembly line. In the end, it wasn't anything special, and I wouldn't come back.

20/04/2026: After reading the very high reviews, I opted for dinner at the establishment. Upon arrival, I was a bit perplexed by the prices: appetizers like mozzarella sticks cost almost 8 euros, chicken wings cost 15 euros, chicken burritos cost 18 euros (with a side salad), and others with carne asada cost 24 euros. I was a bit perplexed because the place isn't in the square or right in the city center, and the interior is quaint but very simple. I had a burrito and a taco, not bad but nothing special, and I simply felt like I was spending way too much for everything. This is strictly my personal opinion; it's really, really over the top.

Gasthaus Zoller

30/04/2026: We're spending a week hiking in Gais and have already eaten at the Gasthaus Zoller twice. The service is incredibly friendly, we didn't have to wait long for our food, and it was a delight both visually and gastronomically. And the value for money is more than remarkably good. good
05/04/2026: We had lunch with the family. The service was very friendly, the portions were large and very, very tasty.
