26/06/2025: As for the food, it is definitely the place where I have eaten the least well here in the area. But above all I cannot speak well of the service: the waitress who served us was disoriented, she understood and spoke little Italian, not even knowing how to explain a dish that we would have liked to order. Furthermore, the owner who took the orders did not tell us that one of the dishes ordered (cannelloni) was finished and one of the people who were with me waited in vain for half an hour for his dish watching us eat, only to then be told that the cannelloni were finished. To conclude, the place is not that great either, it is quite old and not so convenient to reach. We will not return and we cannot recommend it.

26/06/2025: Lekker! Absolutely delicious meal, home made. Lovely welcoming family run restaurant. Sweet cheese dumplings with nougat chocolate were a wonderful ending!!

20/07/2025: Good place to have dinner, both pizza and pasta and meat main courses. We tried the pasta with venison and the milanese and everything was good. They also have a good variety of craft beers, desserts and wines from the area: the strudel and the pino nero are recommended. The place also has its charm because it overlooks the ice rink and you may have the opportunity to see people skating and doing pirouettes. It is recommended to book.

17/07/2025: Everything was nice, but the lady at breakfast was very rude. I went to her and was next to her to tell her that the coffee machine had no milk. I called her three times while I was next to her, but she ignored me. When I explained the problem, she ignored me again and just walked away, leaving me there. Response: I am not responsible for the group. I am only responsible for my own actions. I treated the hotel staff with the great respect. It’s unfair to judge or treat me differently based on how others acted. I honestly expected a better response than this.

05/07/2025: We stayed overnight, and it met our needs. Parking was easy, and the room had everything you needed. Although it's right next to the road, you can't hear any noise.

30/05/2025: Remarkably friendly, clean, helpful, polite, accommodating, ... I am more than satisfied with my visit to the tea shop. I received very friendly service and felt completely at home. The girls were very accommodating and were able to fulfill all my wishes.

17/07/2025: We had a fantastic llama hike with the animals from Kaserhof. Juri was a fantastic guide, and we thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the animals, the views, and the snacks. We highly recommend it and would love to go again!

09/07/2025: We visited the Taser Alm with our daughter for the first time today and are still speechless. A great playground for children, a small petting zoo, and excellent value for money for food and drinks made for a wonderful day. We would also like to particularly highlight the staff…everyone is friendly and always has a smile on their faces. We would love to come back on our next vacation and are already looking forward to spending another wonderful day there.

08/08/2025: A very cute little place, with friendly and courteous staff and unique and delicious pizzas. I highly recommend it if you're passing through! Reservations are recommended, but with a short wait, they'll quickly find a table for two.

16/07/2025: Beautiful hotel. We went there for a New Year's Eve ski week. Since we're a young couple, we don't recommend this place to young people looking for a bit of excitement on the last night of the year. There was no DJ or professional sound system... which, considering the cost of the week, would be appreciated. The dinner was very boring, always with no background music. Even though we had half-board, no one told us that New Year's Eve dinner was excluded (the quote stated it was one of the included meals) and that it would be an additional cost. Another flaw... we had a pet-friendly room, and one evening when we showed up with our dog, they didn't let us sit because the pet-friendly room was full. They never asked if we wanted to eat with our dog. Communication isn't the best, but the facility is truly beautiful. The spa is superb! The king-size beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Everything is well-maintained. The breakfast in the room was served impeccably and was truly plentiful. Very good restaurant, always delicious dinner. The fresh fruit in the room every day was much appreciated. Friendly staff. We had a great time! Highly recommended!

09/07/2025: Unfortunately a disappointment....the veal fillet "Rossini" was a disaster...truffles from a glass!!...in a restaurant rated 14 points in Gault Millau, the meat was cooked sous vide, who knows how long it had been in the fridge....sour and not even toasted before serving, the foie gras was black on one side, and the icing on the cake...some black shoe sole as a potato medallion....well awful....when we complained there was no apology, nothing at all from the waiter, nothing, nada....zero....I've never experienced anything like it...so never again.....
