08/04/2025: The Seehofkeller is a wonderful place to unwind. The terrace offers a fantastic view over Lake Kaltern - a real highlight, especially at sunset. The food is excellent. The dishes are finely coordinated, beautifully presented and simply taste fantastic. You can tell that the cooking here takes place with great attention to detail. If you want to enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere with a fantastic view, the Seehofkeller is the right place for you. A place to feel good and enjoy!

25/03/2025: We visited several times in May, and for good reason. We've known the restaurant for years and always enjoy visiting whenever we're in the area. The food is excellent, with dishes ranging from classic to innovative. This, coupled with beautiful plate presentation and competent, super-friendly service, rounds things off and makes the Seehofkeller a top address for us on Lake Kaltern. The wine list and the selection of wines by the glass are more than adequate. Thank you for the lovely evenings, we'd love to come back.

Siamo entrati per chieder un posto per due persone ed essendo pieno gentilmente abbiamo detto che avremmo aspettato chiedendo se avesse saputo all’incirca quando era l’attesa . La risposta è stata con testuali parole:” quando si alza la gente, lo vedrete” E ha aggiunto “potete anche andare” Davvero pessimo, sconsigliato.

30/03/2025: Abbiamo atteso un' ora esatta per due primi piatti e un crudo di mare . Locale semi vuoto perciò non ci spieghiamo il perché di questa attesa lunghissima. Cucina nella media che sicuramente non giustifica i prezzi, sconsigliato per famiglie con bambini.

29/03/2025: Marechiaro as always at the top. High quality products and amazing dishes. Very fresh fish!!! We stopped for lunch, everything was delicious as always. All the staff in the dining room were very attentive and present. I will definitely return

18/02/2025: Actually, it's always been good so far. But that day I was very annoyed with a certain waitress who served us the cake (black curly hair with glasses, middle-aged). There were 6 of us at a small/narrow table. Ordering and drink service so far so good. But then there was a different situation with the cakes, since we were sitting at a small table, as I said, I wanted to be nice enough to take the cakes and pass them on (Because I work in the upscale catering industry myself and know from experience that when several people sit close together, I am personally always very happy when someone pays attention to me and takes the plates/drinks from me.) But since a piece of cake fell over when I was passing it on, I immediately got an answer in the face that it was shouldn't be: "That's exactly why I want to hand the cake myself. If they didn't snatch the plates out of my hands, it wouldn't fall over!" 1. The cake was removed NOT TORN 2. I would never say something like that to my guests/customers, it's not possible at all. In my place I always say "Thank you very much, very kind of you". 3. The sound makes the music Even if the restaurant is full, you have to remain calm and, above all, friendly in stressful situations, the A-O. Maybe the waitress should read this briefly and reconsider this action. I don't normally write reviews, but this action really annoyed me.

03/11/2024: Came by on a hike. You have a beautiful view from the beautiful terrace. Service quick and friendly. Portions very large. Price performance top! Kaiserschmarrn and shepherd's macaroni are super delicious 😋 Highly recommended

09/03/2025: Only been to the restaurant outside, I can't say anything about the hotel. Schnitzels on the mountain are on the pricey side (29 euros). Then a mega-large schnitzel arrives, which makes you happy... but that was only for a moment. Schnitzels had no taste, very dry and had no taste. There was also only a small handful of fries. So not recommended.
