Popped in here just thinking to have a nice lunch but wasn't prepared for the quality of food and service. Excellent place!

Inviting wine shop in the center of Brixen. In the building of the venerable Finsterwirt, Christoph Mayer has created an exquisite wine shop / enoteca with an inner courtyard garden, which now offers 400 labels. It opened in May 2015; Of course, primarily with wines from the Isarco Valley and South Tyrol. but also from the rest of the wine world. There are also delicious little things like tartare made from veal, tuna or vegetables and at lunchtime there are usually two menus with side dishes of salad. My veal loin roasted with herbs in tuna sauce with potatoes was excellent and the salad was really fishy and well dressed. Plus a wonderful 2013 Löwengang Chardonnay from Alois Lageder - a pleasure. The wine advice from the friendly boss Christoph Mayer is excellent.

Lokal u Ambiente sehr schön.Das Essen war auch sehr gut.Jedoch entschied ich mich für ein Gericht auserhalb der Karte das waren Tagliolini mit weissen Trüffel mit einem stolzen Preis von 45€.Im nachhinein habe ich verstanden war die nicht auf der Speisekarte stande.Ohne zu wissen wie teuer sie sind.Ich finde so was einebodenlose frechheit.

Very nice place with meticulously crafted food. Highly recommend if you have the budget. The decor both outside and inside is very classy Every plate is quite unique and very well balanced in terms of flavor. You can taste that a lot of thought was put on picking the ingredients and the final flavor.
