Spectacular place and attentive, fast service!
The only flaw is the food. We had a burger, and the meat was overcooked; a pinsa, which wasn't the best; a dish of the day; and a wok of rice, nothing special. The feeling is that they're focusing a lot on the wow factor, and they succeed, but the food is a bit neglected. Another point is that we had a particularly low, round table, which slopes slightly. The chairs on one side of the table were very high, making it uncomfortable to eat at... small details, but worth noting.

Visiting Bolzano, we wanted something easy for lunch, paired with an excellent beer. The selection couldn't have been better! All kinds of beers for all tastes, and various types of sausages. The price was absolutely right for the ambiance, location in the center of Bolzano, and the quality of the food (both beer and food). Cover charge of 0.40 per person, a truly negligible amount. Highly recommended!

In summer, the courtyard is a very pleasant and shady place to sit and relax. We really enjoyed the food, the prices are reasonable, and the selection of different beers is very large and varied. Highly recommended!

We only had drinks, so I can't comment on the food, except that it looked delicious.
The US Stout, Black Mamba, and Rauch Doppelbock were excellent. The service was also super friendly and fast, despite the place being packed.

Thanks to its own brewery, you can taste excellent basic beers on tap directly from the producer, as well as exquisite bottled selections, including porters and barely-there wines.
Freshly fried chips are available at any time to complement a delicious aperitif.
I believe other kitchen products are also available outside of traditional meal times.

I have been to this place several times during my stay in Bolzano. Nice and characteristic place. Good food and excellent service. It's a shame there are always too many people but it's worth waiting for a table. I recommend it.
