Malga Schmiederalm In Aldino

25/07/2026: The beef in this town was delicious! No wonder it's free-range cattle from the mountains. The steak was perfectly seared, and the mashed potatoes, diced tomatoes, and diced eggplant with balsamic vinegar were really good! If I come to the Dolomites again, I'll definitely eat here. The local specialty, Schüttelbrot with fennel seeds, was firm and tasty.

16/07/2026: My husband and I had dinner at this hidden gem and had another fantastic experience. We first visited three years ago with our children and never forgot the beautiful courtyard nor the exceptional food, so we decided to return. We’re so glad we did! Once again, the food was outstanding, the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was simply wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back again.
