What a good surprise! A traditional restaurant, with well served and tasty dishes. The service was super friendly, they even changed a dish that I forgot to ask for the vegetarian option.

Here you can get home-style cooking and portions that will fill you up, at more than fair prices. For me, a visit is an absolute must for every stay in South Tyrol. The restaurant is also well visited by locals and not just tourists.

I always come back to this restaurant. The food is good, the list of dishes is extensive and complete, and the value for money is truly excellent. The icing on the cake is the very professional and friendly service of the dining room staff. Highly recommended

Probably the last original Tyrolean inn in Bolzano. Quaint atmosphere. Hearty Tyrolean cuisine with an Italian touch. Always well attended - plan to wait. Prices for Bolzano are cheap.

Good and honest food! Only the frying broth was not seasoned enough. We enjoyed the evening here! Service is fast and the kitchen is also on point!

I stop every time I go to Bolzano... I have known and appreciated it for years, the quality of the food, quantity and presentation are always impeccable

Viene descritto come il ristorante migliore di Bolzano ma non l'ho trovato tale. Il piatto migliore è stata l'insalata di crauti con speck. Ne avrei mangiata un'altra porzione per quanto fosse buona! Buono anche lo strudel accompagnato da gelato alla vaniglia. L'impasto era leggermente lievitato tant'è che sembrava più un rotolo di frolla che uno strudel autentico. I piatti - che abbiamo mangiato pur non essendo lodevoli - che non mi hanno convinta sono stati i seguenti: - Spinatspätzle con panna e prosciutto (gli spätzle erano un pochino farinosi e nel complesso non sapevano di molto); - canederli di formaggio con burro e parmigiano (la consistenza era da 10 e lode ma erano sciapissimi e i formaggi non si sentivano); - Schlutzkrapfen di spinaci e ricotta (ho dovuto aggiungere abbondante parmigiano grattugiato con tutto che già c'era perché non avevano sapore). Il menù poi non è tirolese al 100% perché presenta piatti che non c'entrano una fava. Un esempio? Gli spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino o la carbonara. Mmm...

Ristorante bellissimo curato da delle persone fantastiche sembra di stare a casa. Persone che lavorano per mantenere alto il nome di questo ristorante e ci riescono. Tutte persone del luogo serene e sorridenti. La cucina e' tipica bolzanina e i prezzi sono molto onesti. In sala un bellissimo Crocifisso.
