04/05/2025: Overall good - quite high prices compared to other restaurants nearby, as I paid for kebab plates 🍢🥙 🍽️ 9,50€ with a sandwich 🍞 and for iced tea 🍵 2,50€. Would I recommend it!? The answer is: if you are hungry and the place is right in front of you, go in - but if you can go a bit further you will find better prices 📝

14/06/2025: We waited far too long for service, even though the restaurant was less than half full. We had to flag down a waiter ourselves. When he finally arrived, we were told we couldn’t order pizza because it was 4 minutes past 2 PM. That level of inflexibility and inattentiveness really affected the experience. 😘

11/02/2025: First of all: unfortunately you can't write two reviews about the same hotel, so here's a new one: I'm currently spending my last evening at the Hotel Santner. I wouldn't have expected it but there was an increase compared to the previous year. The “little haha”, (the room is a great size) double room was recently renovated in a very stylish manner with attention to detail. It has charm and still exudes coziness. The balcony offered a fantastic view in the morning and evening. The location of the hotel is a dream for skiers and hiking enthusiasts. Now to what makes the hotel special for me. The staff and the hosts, I would like to highlight the reception. Super understanding of problems big and small. No matter who you talk to... the room staff... the friendly drivers, the waiters or the family... there was never the feeling that you were being disturbed. People really live here so that their guests should be satisfied. The food leaves nothing to be desired and my special requests (a lot of side dishes were canceled) were also implemented. You don't like something? No problem, we'll do something different. There's nothing left for me to say other than thank you for the lovely, relaxing time.

24/02/2025: In una splendida passeggiata alla fine della valle Aurina dove superando la montagna che chiude la valle si raggiunge l'Austria, in questa baita si trova una accoglienza cordiale e buon cibo. Ottimi piatti del giorno ravioli e gulagh con polenta e poi la kaisermart (frittata dolce con marmellata). Prezzi onesti tempi giusti e grappa offerta.

31/05/2025: We actually didn't want to eat pizza on vacation – but luckily we did! The pizza at the Passeirer Weinstube was so exceptionally good that we returned two nights in a row. The crust is wafer-thin and perfectly baked, the cheese has a wonderfully authentic milk flavor, and the ingredients are high-quality and carefully selected. Add to that the overall harmonious ambiance – cozy, flavorful, and absolutely comfortable. We've already eaten at pizza world champions in Naples – and honestly, the pizza here was more impressive. A true culinary highlight in South Tyrol – highly recommended!

03/06/2025: Beautiful terrace, service okay, taste a bit boring - especially the dumpling duo, porcini mushrooms on carpaccio searched in vain, open wine too expensive, water price for spring water in the carafe also too expensive. A shame really. I'll be back next time. The guests with pizzas around me were very impressed.

28/06/2025: Had a great meal, everything was fantastic. Pork chops could use a bit more of sauce, bu that's all. The blonde server was not that polite, but I guess I could call it "German service" for that part of Italy

27/06/2025: My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant hoping for a nice evening out. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Her meal arrived very quickly, but mine didn’t show up. After waiting for about ten minutes, I asked about it and mentioned that I’d prefer to eat together, not separately. Instead of offering a solution, I ended up in a discussion with the staff, who told me that it’s “very difficult” to serve meals at the same time. No real effort was made to fix the situation, and we decided to leave. Sadly, not a place I would recommend.

18/05/2025: They are always them, now mythical and legendary in the city. One of the last real trattorias in Bolzano. Strictly Italian cuisine. Friendly service. Always delicious food. Very honest prices.

25/04/2025: Ho provato per la seconda volta.. Peggio della prima. Asparagi mandati indietro due volte. Crudi. Sbucciato male. Agnello crudo e duro. Non di mangia più come una volta lo dice ormai tanta gente.
