26/07/2025: 3 star hotel but deserves 5 for its location, spectacular view of the Dolomites, large comfortable rooms with panoramic windows, and the icing on the cake in addition to a very nice wellness center with an attached gym, the exceptional gastronomic part, raw materials, attention to detail and kindness in the service, 10 with honors

31/08/2025: The residence is located right at the beginning of the village and is easily recognizable from a distance thanks to the rooftop swimming pool. The service, including check-in, was wonderful, and the guests were treated with a high level of professionalism. The wellness area is outstanding for this hotel. The dinner was also a delight, and no one left hungry after a long day of hiking on the Merano High Trail. Our hiking group (11 people) felt very comfortable, received a warm welcome, and were well looked after. My tip: this accommodation definitely deserves another star, with so much attention to detail and passion, which repeatedly made it clear to us: The guest is king.

12/10/2025: I needed a lactose-free cake, and no other pastry shop in Brunico could make it. It seemed truly incredible, but luckily this pastry shop was able to accommodate me. The cake was very good and beautifully presented. I didn't want anything fancy, just something simple. They even delivered it to the restaurant, so I didn't have to worry. The cake prices were average. I also ordered a mixed pastry: everything was delicious and beautiful. However, I think the prices are a bit high. In any case, I definitely recommend them!

04/10/2025: We've lost count of how many times we've been to Gerold, Heidi, and Vincenzo's; it's always been a very family-friendly experience, even though it's often busy. The selection is extremely large; there's always something for everyone. The special pizzas with 'nduja are unusual. We always enjoy coming back.

28/09/2025: We recently stayed at the charming Residence Alpenrose and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, beautiful, and cozy, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to everyone!

17/09/2025: A fantastic hotel with beautiful rooms, a fantastic spa/wellness area, delicious food, and very friendly staff. The location is ideal for hiking.

05/10/2025: The quality of the pizza is truly excellent, but it's a shame that the fries, which weren't exactly fresh, ruined my dinner. The staff is very welcoming and kind. I was disappointed and told the waitress that the fries were rubbery, meaning they weren't fried well or as "fresh" as I'd expected. I'm a pizza lover and I couldn't help but notice this detail. You could have tried to address this inconvenience by simply offering a discount on the final bill, which wouldn't have changed my life, but it would have been a gesture of understanding and a clear sense of regret for what happened.

04/10/2025: Unfortunately, the pizza was terrible. The service was nice and the place was clean, but we haven't had such a bad pizza in a long time. The dough tasted like a baked roll, and the toppings were a pure grease mess with no flavor.

16/10/2025: You feel right at home here! Everything is perfect, and even the smallest request is catered to and fulfilled. The apartments are first-class, very well-equipped, and very comfortable—more than perfect. The hosts are very accommodating, almost like family. The food is also highly recommended, with delicious South Tyrolean specialties and great service. We will be back!

11/10/2025: Beautiful beer garden, delicious dark beer (Sixtus), and great food 😋 The staff were really quick and very friendly. Quick update: We were at Forsterbräu again today, it was still delicious, and we're looking forward to next year.

14/10/2025: We visited this wonderful alpine pasture a whopping three times in the second week of October – for lunch and twice for coffee and cake. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. There's a changing area in the restrooms, so we could freshen up our baby there. The alpine pasture is also suitable for a visit with children. The food on offer is varied and delicious. We'll definitely be back.

13/09/2025: We took the hiking bus from Leifers to the Tschuegghof. The walk was truly worth it. A superb meal served by a very friendly hostess, with a fantastic view. A definite recommendation. We'll definitely be back.

27/09/2025: If you're looking for a bite to eat, we had just the thing here: Schlutzkrapfen, Knödel-Tris, and—a must—Kaiserschmarrn. Every guest in the restaurant ordered the Kaiserschmarrn, and it was amazing.

This restaurant is definitely on our list for our next visit to South Tyrol. The ambiance is very pleasant, and the aromas are wonderful.
