08/07/2025: We LOVED this hotel. The rooms were amazing; spacious, clean, large bathroom, views, very clean. Really just wonderful. I strongly recommend both dinner and breakfast. They had a wide choice of very good meals and the service was excellent. The staff was also very helpful. Couldn't ask for anything better.

07/07/2025: Located right in front of the Sassolungo cable car (over 2000m above sea level) The best location with a view of Sassolungo from the hotel (room) The room is very clean, the bedding is comfortable and good, and the large windows give a good sense of openness. The wellness area is also good. It is not fancy overall, but I feel that the staff manages it well. The breakfast buffet is good. If I had to pick one drawback, it would be that there is no free bottled water provided to guests, so you have to buy it or buy it at the market. Considering the high-altitude hotel location and the room price, I think there should be at least free bottled water.

21/06/2025: Large selection of bacon and cheese. It's just a shame we couldn't try any. It certainly wouldn't be a bad thing, because then you know what you like. Everything is very clean.

13/06/2025: For ham and sausage lovers, you've come to the right place! The prices are surprisingly reasonable!! Update: The blonde lady in the bistro ignored me today, even though I approached her and asked if I could order something from her. She simply didn't serve me. So I left 🤷🏼‍♀️

04/05/2025: Overall good - quite high prices compared to other restaurants nearby, as I paid for kebab plates 🍢🥙 🍽️ 9,50€ with a sandwich 🍞 and for iced tea 🍵 2,50€. Would I recommend it!? The answer is: if you are hungry and the place is right in front of you, go in - but if you can go a bit further you will find better prices 📝

16/06/2025: Super friendly staff/host, a bit hectic at times, but always top-notch! Very tasty pizza, and not just the usual. Highly recommend the venison pizza with fried egg. In these very high temperatures, the wine is served in a cooler! Highly recommended, we'll be back.

21/06/2025: I stayed at this hotel for a summer vacation in July and the experience was nothing short of perfect. Excellent owners, friendly and helpful. The strong point is the Spa and its large spaces compared to the competition. Excellent restaurant. Excellent standard double room with its enchanting wood scent.

06/06/2025: Great hotel in Riscone, just outside Brunico. Half of the hotel has been completely renovated, very nice rooms and common areas, nice spa even if small. Very good restaurant, fantastic wine list and focused on the wonders of South Tyrol

21/03/2025: A tour with fantastic views and a very cozy mountain hut, with very good home-made food. You can go from the Auronzohütte (arrival by bus from Dobbiaco) or from the Fischleintal (6-7 hours up and down). The panorama is second to none. The paths are easy to walk on and not dangerous (as long as they are free of ice).

11/07/2025: I stop for two seconds. I needed change for parking. I tell myself, I'll get a nice coffee so I have change. A coffee costs 1.50 euros and a glass of still water costs 1.20 euros! 1.20 euros! The coffee is fine because when it's good quality, it's fair to pay 2.50 euros, but a 200ml glass of still water, when at the supermarket 6 liters of bottled water costs 1.20 euros. A 2900% markup. I asked, "Excuse me?" Is there a mistake? They said no.

28/06/2025: The Bistro is has a very friendly host and a very nice selection of wines. If you like "Veneziani" try a Lino Special. At lunch they serve very nice food, if you have time to wait, because they cook fresh.

16/06/2025: New location for the Anna Stuben restaurant in Ortisei, all in wood with an excellent scent of pine. Choice of tasting menu or à la carte. Very special and varied appetizers. Fabulous risotto. Very good duck. Very good desserts too. Courteous and professional service. Applause to the Chef.

04/06/2025: You can order a la carte here and you also get chef's complimentary dishes along with the chef's breads. I am very happy and full with my 1 starter and 1 main dish.

27/06/2025: Beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped holiday apartments with balconies and mountain views. Perfectly located in the heart of Partschins. Includes free entry to the wonderful Partschins outdoor pool. Top-notch service, including a fully automatic coffee machine in the hallway, is available to all holiday apartment guests. They can also be booked for just a few days, making them a popular choice when passing through for a hike.

02/07/2025: A wonderful and quaint restaurant – both indoors and outdoors. The service is incredibly good; you're served quickly and attentively. You don't have to wait long for the food either. The dishes are hearty and delicious! We enjoyed them so much that we even ate there twice on our trip. We can highly recommend this restaurant!

30/06/2025: We've been coming to Lake Kaltern for several years now. Weis-Keller has always been a staple. The food was okay, the location nice, but the team was always great. They were in a good mood, always had a good joke, and a pleasant conversation. Apparently, that's not so important anymore. We had a reservation and arrived 25 minutes early. Without even asking for our names, we were turned away, told our table wasn't free yet. This was despite the fact that tables were available. Remember, we had a reservation! After 25 minutes, we returned, were actually asked for our names, and were given exactly one of the tables that had been free 25 minutes earlier. We ordered immediately, but the wait for drinks was 20 minutes, almost at the same time as the food. Friendliness? Almost zero. My wife got her plate with her back turned because the next table was being served at the same time. I observed the rolling eyes of the waiters at other tables. There was only so much food... getting spare ribs that dry is almost an art. That was definitely our last visit to Weis-Keller.

26/06/2025: Due to the war that broke out in our country, all flights were canceled and we could not get to the hotel. Although the free cancellation period had ended, we contacted the hotel and asked them to consider the special situation and cancel or change the dates. They did not agree and 500 euros remained with them. We decided that if we did not enjoy it, then we would give it to someone else, and we did advertise on Facebook, and a couple who were stuck in Italy and could not return to Israel were happy to receive it as a gift. They said that they had enjoyed the hotel, but unfortunately people are measured in difficult moments. And the hotel did not know how to support and help us. Therefore, no matter how good the rooms and service are considered, we will not come and will not recommend it.

25/06/2025: Nice decorated Hotel. Rooms are new and clean. Shower is fine. Breakfast is good. BUT; Unfortunately and kind of strange; there is no airconditioning in the rooms, so it is quite warm/hot during the night. The air-quality, temperaturewise, is not so good in the Hotel overal. And it was not even hot outside while we where there. The service at the terrace is quite slow when you arrive. Our main goal was MTB, and that was a big succes.

03/07/2025: We visited the garden bar a few times during our stay in Bolzano. Very nice park-like bar with great food and drinks. From an American perspective, the food and drink prices were very reasonable.

10/06/2025: A garden in Bolzano that every guest should see. We stopped by the cozy bar in the evening. There's soft music playing, and the service and drinks—even the non-alcoholic ones—are excellent, served with olives, croutons, and wasabi nuts. The ambiance is heavenly and well worth a visit.

23/02/2025: Positive experience, I tasted the frankfurters with the pretzel and drank a water. I was passing through for a quick lunch.

01/02/2025: An exceptional place for a typical lunch, with a homemade flavour. Very kind and attentive staff. We will definitely be back :)
