15/11/2025: One of our most memorable vacation stay! The beauty of Dolomite is given, the excellent service of the hotel staffs completes the memorable experience! Dining experience is warm and wonderful. Its makes every guest so relax and friendly. Made some friends too. Thank you! Also, special thanks to Simon for his advices on the itineraries. A good mix of hiking and town sight. It was our first time there and it was really nice! Thanks Simon and all the staffs ! Great job guys! We want to be back.

28/10/2025: Wanna say thank you to everyone who helps me during my stay. The lady who is in charge of housekeeping, smiled warmly to me every time we met at the elevator. I hope she enjoy working here(looks like she does) I also enjoyed the dinner so much, the menu was changed everyday at least the days I stayed. That’s so impressive bc they are so tasty and made by local ingredients, paired with some wine selections. I’m solo travelling this time but plan to get back with ppl I love❤️

09/12/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 stars – Highly recommended! I visited this pizzeria for the first time today and I'm absolutely thrilled! The pizza was simply incredible – crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and perfectly seasoned. You can immediately taste the love and craftsmanship that goes into making it. The service was also top-notch: friendly, attentive, and fast. Even though the restaurant was busy, we hardly had to wait and felt right at home. The atmosphere is really cozy – ideal for a relaxed evening for two or with friends. I'll definitely be back. One of the best pizzerias around!

25/10/2025: A truly lovely and traditional restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I were able to find a table even without a reservation. The food was good, although I didn't find it exceptional. The only downside: the prices are quite high (cover charge alone is €4.50 per person), although they're in line with other restaurants in the area.

09/10/2025: Very good food on a small menu, but also with excellent daily specials. The wine selection is excellent, and the prices reflect the quality. Reservations are recommended.

18/10/2025: WOW 🤩! What a fantastic hut. EVERYTHING is just right here – the food, the ambiance, the view, and the hosts are incredibly friendly. The "Wiener Schnitzel" (not "Viennese style" 😉) tastes excellent. The hostess even took the time to chat with us briefly. And even though my debit card didn't work at first, she remained friendly. We'd love to come back – we felt very welcome ☺️!

15/10/2025: Anyone wanting a coffee and a slice of cake will only get a seat in the second row. The tables with a better view are reserved for customers who are more willing to pay for a "real meal." We arrived around 2:00 p.m. and were shown to a vacant table. There were deck chairs nearby. Here, too, we were emphatically informed that no service was available. The better choice was the Helm Restaurant at the mountain station. Here, everything was as we've come to expect in this region: particularly hospitable.

16/10/2025: The best pizzeria in Brixen! My absolute favorite is the pizza burrata – simply perfect. Beautiful location, ideal for couples or families. Very child- and dog-friendly, you feel completely welcome. We love coming back!

15/10/2025: Me and my friends were on our way from Italy to Innsbruck. We got there at night for dinner, and the atmosphere was awesome. We ate inside, and the building looked super old but was really well kept, giving off a cool vibe. We ordered a bunch of different pizzas, and everything was amazing. For drinks, we got a cappuccino and a hot chocolate, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu, which was just okay. I'd totally come back here again to chill with my friends and enjoy the cozy vibes, especially for some beers when I'm around.

14/10/2025: We stopped for lunch while passing through. The service wasn't very hospitable. We were seated in the farthest corner; the table hadn't even been wiped down, even though there was room by the window, for example. The patio door was constantly open, and it was very cold. We could have eaten outside. The food wasn't that great either. I've never eaten such bland and saltless sauerkraut, and the meat on the meat platter looked like it had been driven over by a truck. My pizza was okay, but nothing more. The apple strudel was completely off. Far too much dough...it was the worst we've eaten so far. What a waste of money and the pride of South Tyrolean cuisine...???!!!

10/10/2025: I went there for dinner. The reservation went smoothly. Unfortunately, the service was really poor. I wasn't greeted properly and was immediately asked to order drinks without a menu. After my Hefeweizen arrived, it was poured at the table in a way it shouldn't be done, so the glass was full of foam and the rest of the bottle overflowed. The salad was awful, but the roast beef with onions was okay. The nightcap wasn't on the house.

12/10/2025: Oh, it's so beautiful there! Very pleasant atmosphere, quiet; perhaps the beams, pillars, upholstery, and old, rough plaster seem to muffle the sound of conversation. Very nice and friendly staff and absolutely fantastic food. We felt very comfortable. They serve Forst beer, but unfortunately, there are no alternatives from smaller breweries...

08/10/2025: The food here is delicious and exceptional, and prices are fair...but if you're looking for good, home-style cooking, you're in the wrong place. Very friendly staff, beautiful ambiance.

13/10/2025: We enjoyed a thoroughly enjoyable break at the Hotel Alpenrose. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the wellness area was a dream. We participated in two guided hikes and a bike tour. The guides were also very knowledgeable. A big thank you. We would be happy to recommend you.

08/11/2025: The food was absolutely delicious. The portions looked small, but they were incredibly filling and of very high quality. The view was stunning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. The desserts with the macaroon cream were also a real hit. All in all, super friendly staff, a beautiful view, and very tasty food that is definitely good value for money.

The professional and welcoming staff, along with the owners' attention to detail, are always available and extremely kind, making our holidays here unforgettable. 07/11/2025: A cold welcome. I arrived to spend a relaxing weekend at the Bonfanti Hotel in early November. When I checked in, I was given no explanation regarding opening hours, the location of the spa, pool, etc., or the dining room. I entered my room and was pleasantly surprised to find three windows open. I didn't worry and closed everything before heading off to find the spa. When I returned, the room was still cold. I tried to fix it with the thermostat, but with little success. I called reception for an explanation and they told me they would fix it from the control panel. I went downstairs for dinner (nothing exciting), and when I came back up, it was still cold. I went downstairs again to ask for clarification, at which point Mrs. Maria sent the technician to me. As she came up the stairs, she calmly stated that she had already turned off the heating because "we're closing next week anyway." I spent the next two days in a room that wasn't as warm as I would have liked, partly because the floor maids apparently had a passion for leaving all the windows open every morning. The front desk never bothered to check if the temperature had been adjusted. Closing the cold chapter, on the last day, due to the rain, I asked to stay for a couple of hours at the pool WITHOUT A ROOM (since the sauna area opens at 3 PM). I was charged €25 for spa access. Amenities of a two-star hotel, without a single conditioner or body lotion. The snack buffet had barely anything. Guys, for a four-star hotel, there's a lot to improve. The only positive note was Natalia's massage; she truly has golden hands.
