18/10/2025: WOW 🤩! What a fantastic hut. EVERYTHING is just right here – the food, the ambiance, the view, and the hosts are incredibly friendly. The "Wiener Schnitzel" (not "Viennese style" 😉) tastes excellent. The hostess even took the time to chat with us briefly. And even though my debit card didn't work at first, she remained friendly. We'd love to come back – we felt very welcome ☺️!

15/10/2025: Anyone wanting a coffee and a slice of cake will only get a seat in the second row. The tables with a better view are reserved for customers who are more willing to pay for a "real meal." We arrived around 2:00 p.m. and were shown to a vacant table. There were deck chairs nearby. Here, too, we were emphatically informed that no service was available. The better choice was the Helm Restaurant at the mountain station. Here, everything was as we've come to expect in this region: particularly hospitable.

26/09/2025: A quaint pizzeria with a large terrace and a beautiful view. The pizza was super crispy and delicious, one of the best pizzas of our vacation.

21/10/2025: We stayed here as the first stop on our honeymoon and it was truly magical. Since we went in October, the town and hotel too was very quiet, as it's in between the summer and winter seasons. The food was fantastic - the half board option is well worth it. It is only about a 10 minute drive from Ortisei and the Alpe di Suisi gondola. There are also a ton of daily activities offered by the hotel. The spa was fantastic as well, and the prices were far better than what we were used to in the US. Only thing was that it books up quite quickly, so be sure to reserve ahead of time. The pool, saunas and gym were also a highlight. Overall, the staff were absolutely incredible and so welcoming. HIGHLY recommend staying here - we will be back!!

03/09/2025: Nestled in the greenery of the heart of the Venosta Valley, the hotel is a true paradise. Its new, immaculately clean rooms feature terraces and breathtaking views. The wonderful garden is where you can enjoy homemade cakes and ice cream throughout the day, and sip refreshing aperitifs and glasses of excellent local wine. On summer evenings, dinner is served in the garden: a charming setting with unforgettable sunsets over the mountains. The food is absolutely excellent! Breakfasts are plentiful, varied, and made with local products. Dinners, preceded by a rich buffet, offer traditional and non-traditional dishes of unique delicacy and deliciousness! The Kiem family overlooks no detail, attentive to their guests' every need and pampering them: they truly put their heart and soul into it, as well as decades of experience! 23/08/2025: We've been coming to this beautiful hotel for many years and always feel completely at home. The hosts are incredibly warm and friendly; you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, very cozy, and beautifully situated. We would also like to highlight the excellent cuisine, a culinary experience that never fails to delight. Combined with the wonderful ambiance, this makes our stay something truly special every time. Highly recommended! We're already looking forward to our next vacation at the Latscher Hof.

05/10/2025: The taste is good. It's so exquisite. The menu has been updated. Don't trust the pictures on Google Maps. It's suitable for couples to spend a little money. The most important thing is that the bread before the meal costs money.

31/08/2025: The residence is located right at the beginning of the village and is easily recognizable from a distance thanks to the rooftop swimming pool. The service, including check-in, was wonderful, and the guests were treated with a high level of professionalism. The wellness area is outstanding for this hotel. The dinner was also a delight, and no one left hungry after a long day of hiking on the Merano High Trail. Our hiking group (11 people) felt very comfortable, received a warm welcome, and were well looked after. My tip: this accommodation definitely deserves another star, with so much attention to detail and passion, which repeatedly made it clear to us: The guest is king.
