A significant part of this special experience is also the owners' two sons, Alexander and Thomas. They each bring their own unique charm: attentive, friendly, and always up for a bit of fun. You can immediately tell that they are passionate about what they do and want to make their guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The friendliness throughout the entire hotel is truly exceptional – here, you don't feel like a guest, but rather like part of the family. In conclusion: The Hotel Alpenrose is a place you'll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended.

We were only there for a snack. Food and drinks were perfect in a beautiful setting on a lovely terrace.

A really nice restaurant that has really good food. Got a chance to meet the owner and he was really nice and has an extensive knowledge of Jack Daniel.

Our stay at Dining & Living Alpenrose in Brixen was simply fantastic! The accommodation is very high-quality and superbly equipped. We were particularly impressed by the warm friendliness of the staff and the excellent cuisine – every meal was a delight.

The food was perfect, the fries tasted great and the staff was very nice.

The location of the hotel offers stunning views of the wonderful landscapes. We stayed during the week between the years - the decorations and small details increased the feeling of celebration. Nice sauna (it would have been ideal to have had a small pool). Very comfortable mattresses, whitewashed, clean rooms. Bus stop - 50 meters away. As a guest we received a Brixen card, so we could explore the area. The storage room in the basement for storing skis and boots is an advantage. As a big plus - parking is possible in the yard. Less pleasant part (for us) - it was very hot (the temperature in the room could not be lowered).

A very welcoming residence, spacious rooms, and a warm, modern atmosphere. Excellent staff and management. The restaurant offers excellently prepared traditional dishes. The sauna is a treat not to be missed. Excellent! This will definitely be a place to return.
