28/07/2026: A hidden gem for a hearty dinner in Bolzano. They serve pizza that rivals anything you'd find in Naples. The freshly tapped "Forst" beer is also excellent and served at the perfect temperature. Parking and restrooms are available. The locals gave us a warm welcome.

27/07/2026: The food was amazing. At my special request, I had the carbonara not as a starter, but as a generous main course. While it was made with cream instead of eggs, as is traditional, it was still incredibly delicious. The pizza I ordered was large and equally excellent. The food arrived about 5 minutes after I ordered – I have no idea how they manage that! When I was asked to pay €27 for both dishes, including drinks, I was so confused that I unfortunately didn't leave a tip, even though it would have been more than appropriate. The atmosphere is very nice, if a bit noisy. We live quite far away, otherwise I would definitely come back. 5/5 stars, fantastic!!
