Stay from April 9th ​​to 12th, 2026 We stayed at the AMONTI & LUNARIS Wellness Resort for a few days and had mixed experiences. Positive: All the staff we encountered were consistently friendly and helpful. We were always greeted – whether at reception, in the restaurant, at the spa, or even by chance in the hallway. This was a really pleasant surprise. The view from the terrace is beautiful and definitely a highlight. The spa area was also always clean and well-maintained. My massage was very pleasant and professional, and again, the staff was very friendly. Another plus: We arrived very early (around 7:30 am) and were able to use the swimming area immediately. Bathrobes and towels were provided right away, and our room was even ready before 3 pm. Our luggage was also brought to our room, which was really great. Negative: Unfortunately, there are a few things that simply don't fit the bill for a 5-star hotel: • Some soap dispensers and hand sanitizer were empty. • The downstairs restrooms weren't always clean, and there were no towels for drying hands (even if it was early morning, that should still be the case). • The breakfast selection was rather limited: only three types of sausage and no poultry options. (Except on the last day, when there was turkey salami.) • By 10:00 AM, there were no more boiled eggs, even though breakfast is served until 10:30 AM. • The apple strudel was completely missing the vanilla sauce; it simply hadn't been prepared. • At lunchtime, pasta was very often the hot dish. Okay for children, but rather monotonous for adults. • In the evenings, the portions of soup and main course were very small. It was fortunate that there was an appetizer buffet, otherwise, one would hardly have been satisfied. • The presentation of the food seemed rather basic and not up to the standard one would expect from a 5-star hotel. ``` Furthermore, we were there just before closing time (the hotel closed for renovations afterward). Perhaps that's why things were a bit "down-tuned," but it's still a shame for guests. Also somewhat puzzling: Live music was advertised on the display for Saturday, but it didn't happen – with the explanation that the hotel was closing the next day. One wonders why it was advertised at all. There were also several areas in the pool area that need renovation, which is apparently planned. In conclusion: Overall, we would say the hotel is a solid 4-star establishment, but it doesn't meet 5-star standards in our opinion. This is noticeable in many small details. Perhaps this is also reflected in the price, but we still wouldn't book this hotel again.

Over the past few years, we've stayed in five different four- and five-star hotels in the area and would like to share our experience with this one. First, we'd like to highlight the hotel's ideal location for skiers and its excellent combination of sports and wellness. The restaurant staff were consistently attentive and friendly. The hotel itself also gives a very exclusive and high-quality impression. However, it's less suitable for couples like us who are primarily looking for peace and quiet and a relaxing getaway. In our opinion, the quality of the food is nowhere near five-star standards. The dishes were very basic, unappealingly presented, and rather average in taste—far from a gourmet experience. Lunch consisted solely of pasta with Bolognese sauce and a cold buffet. While this might be suitable for children, it was very disappointing for adults expecting some variety. Breakfast also failed to impress: there were only four types of sausage, all pork, and three types of cheese. Other special or high-quality options were completely lacking. Furthermore, the vanilla sauce was forgotten with the apple strudel, and by 10:00 a.m. there were no boiled eggs available, even though breakfast is officially served until 10:30 a.m. Unfortunately, there were no fitness or sports facilities at all during our entire stay. We were there from Wednesday to Sunday, and during that time, only a 30-minute Blackroll workout was offered. Additionally, the advertised live music on Saturday evening was canceled, which was also disappointing. After all these rather inadequate experiences, we finally learned that the hotel would be closing for a month the day after our departure. While it's understandable that a business prepares for a break, this should never be at the expense of the guests. Unfortunately, we strongly felt that this was precisely the case here. Ultimately, we paid too high a price for many of the services the hotel advertises. Overall, in our opinion, the service provided does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. This was definitely our first and last time staying at this hotel.

A fabulous oasis in winter and summer

I've been to the Amonti & Lunaris Wellness Resort twice already and would return a thousand times. Beautiful facility, impeccable service, and a truly special atmosphere. Reading one-star reviews leaves me honestly perplexed... in my experience, it's a place that deserves much more. I really don't understand such negative reviews: for me, it's a place where quality, hospitality, and well-being are top notch. I can't wait to go back!

Weekend of November 29-30, 2025 Beautiful hotel and beautiful room 😍 The food was delicious 😋 And the staff was very friendly 😃 We really appreciated that the owner welcomed the guests in the evening before they went to the dining room!

The hotel is truly beautiful and the staff incredibly friendly. The food is excellent and the rooms are lovely and clean. The spa, with its incredible mountain views, was simply breathtaking. However, we did experience a slight disappointment with our booked 70-minute massage. We were later told that a cream needed to be applied to our backs first, which took 40 minutes. Since we had paid €120, we naturally expected a 70-minute massage. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay overall.
