We were there with our motorhome. Thanks to the municipality for the parking. The Happacher bakery was a discovery for us, and we were particularly pleased with it. Friendly service, fair prices, and excellent pastries and bread.

Very good bread, stridel so-so but that's subjective obviously: only puff pastry, not shortcrust pastry and without chopped apples and whole pine nuts.

03/06/2026: Perfectly prepared dishes, good service with a personal touch, and a beautiful restaurant. Fair prices, top quality.
12/05/2026: A truly delightful place: a dive into the past, in places that seem to exist and endure only in Alto Adige, poised between memory and future. The cuisine is intriguing and deeply rooted in the local area, with meticulous attention to detail. The menu doesn't offer a wide range of dishes, but there's something for every palate. Perhaps a little more effort could be made on the desserts, with a few surprises inspired by a region that has always paid great attention to the finishing touches. The tartare is highly recommended. The homemade tortelli are also special.

Greiterhof Partschins

29/07/2026: Steep 20-minute climb to get there, but the view is worth it.
28/07/2026: We were passing through on our way to the Adriatic coast, and the Greiterhof was perfectly located for us to stop over for one night. The drive up is quite an adventure for people like us, coming from the lowlands! But it's manageable. It's a fantastically situated property, impeccably maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly! Especially great with children; the peacock feather they gave us will have a special place at home! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food, the afternoon in the small garden was lovely, and there was a great selection of board games available. If I had to find something negative, it would be that the mattress was just a tad too firm. All in all, though, it deserves at least 5 stars! We will definitely book again if we're ever in the area again. If only for the amazing view! :-) 10/10 recommendation!
