14/09/2025: Beautiful location in Mals, a bit off the beaten track but with a fantastic view. Delicious selection of cakes and tarts. Meinl coffee specialties and super friendly and welcoming service.

25/02/2026: Experience 1. Delicious food. Completely renovated. Excellent value for money. The table service was excellent. The situation at the cash register and the escalation between the owner and the guest, which escalated considerably, wasn't very nice. Try to avoid that, especially when your restaurant is completely full. But aside from that, this company is a real asset. Many of the photos on Google and the website are outdated!!! Experience 2. Another delicious meal. Organizationally, it's chaotic. We made a reservation the day before. Upon arrival, we were no longer recognized. We were given a table, in front of an emergency exit at an awkward angle. Although the problem has been resolved, it still feels strange. Experience in 2026. A very pleasant evening. Delicious food. Super friendly service. Truly excellent value for money.

25/09/2025: Good food with a wide variety of burgers, including vegan! Friendly staff and fast service. The interior isn't very large, but there's plenty of seating. Outdoor seating is protected from the sun or rain. There's also convenient parking in front.

12/08/2025: Every time I pass through Sestri Ponente, it's a ritual to stop at Caffetteria Merano, where respect, hospitality, courtesy, and professionalism are complemented by the friendly owners. 21/01/2026: Friendly staff. A classic sports bar with ridiculously low prices (May 30, 2022). There were three of us, and we each ordered a "cold plate" that was spontaneously offered, as the kitchen had already closed. This included four glasses of Pilz beer and a 0.5l glass of red wine, along with tap water. Since we "didn't order from the menu" but based our order on the waitress's and waiter's recommendations, we were quite surprised to be charged €106.20 for rather small portions of cold plates. What a shame, but we'll never go there again.

29/01/2026: I went to Silandro in Val Venosta to visit the Christmas markets and the tallest church tower in Tyrol (about 100 meters). I visited this historic bakery where I savored the authentic aromas of Alto Adige. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

31/12/2025: Excellent breakfast Very good cappuccino, made with fresh milk, and good-quality croissants. I recommend the whole-wheat one with red berries. The bread is also very good.

15/02/2026: It's a shame that the lovely walk was ruined by the terrible welcome. There are four of us and we're waiting our turn. We take the only free table near the restroom, the kitchen, and the refrigerated counter (which seems closed), so I sit right in the chair with the cabinet behind it. The plates and salad arrive shortly thereafter, but the waitress quickly takes away the oil and vinegar, and we hadn't even added any dressing to the salad! We had it brought back by asking another waiter. But while I'm eating... The chair is constantly being moved and the waiters are leaning on me as they take desserts and bottles from the refrigerated counter, which wasn't closed! As if that weren't enough, the last time the waiter pushes my chair with his leg without a word, as if it were my fault! We immediately get up, pay quickly, and leave.

08/02/2026: We have been to this place several times, which is well worth it for its location and playground, but unfortunately, time and again, the staff is so unfriendly, but so unfriendly that we can really feel bad about it. The problem is that we will return because there are few alternatives, and the managers know it.
