06/08/2025: In vacanza con mia mamma abbiamo scoperto per caso questo ristorante. Curato nei dettagli, davvero ottimo! Il personale è molto gentile, si mangia benissimo ed è molto pulito. Dovessimo ricapitare in zona sicuramente ci torneremo!

27/07/2025: Locale molto carino, tipico, pulito. Personale gentile e sorridente. Ottimi i canederli e i ravioli tipici ripieni di spinaci. Parcheggio un po' risicato.

21/10/2025: The Raffl is a nightclub that looks like it's stepped out of the 2000s and landed right in the center of Merano. It's a miracle that's even possible these days, given the number of neighbors. Once you've gotten past the bouncers, who are actually very friendly, you go straight down to the basement and through one of the three rooms until you're on the dance floor. The dance hall is located in a high medieval building. Probably the former torture chamber of the noble burgraves. These days, you're only tortured if you don't like the dance hits of the last 20 years blaring from the speakers. The DJ does his best to push every popular track through the Pioneer, thereby heating up the atmosphere among those present. In these temperatures, a trip to the bar is inevitable, and it's surprising that you don't have to pull your pants down all the way. This is a great way to bridge the time between 12 and the morning hours.

21/11/2025: I've been inside once and outside a few times in the spring. On sunny days, the lovely terrace is incredibly inviting. The food and drinks are delicious. Time flies there, especially with the fantastic view.

15/07/2025: Extremely disappointing food experience. The food tries to be sophisticated and unique, but unfortunately, the taste is so poor that it’s nearly inedible. It's really upsetting, especially considering that hotel guests don’t have other dining options on-site. To find alternative restaurants, you have to leave the property via funicular, which is inconvenient.

25/09/2025: I drove there especially instead of shopping elsewhere... due to traffic, arrived at 6:32 p.m.... The saleswoman was very rude: "It's already closed" and started clearing out the shelves in front of me! Never again, I'll drive there especially!

09/11/2025: I had to wait forever for a doner kebab. The doner kebab was prepared in a side room, which is extremely small, and they wanted more money from me than was listed on the menu.

28/11/2025: We always order takeout here! Always very friendly, and the food is delicious as always. Today we ordered sushi, which honestly, was the best I've ever had!

02/10/2025: I don't like writing negative reviews, because it means that what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend in the mountains turned out not to be. We arrived and after a very long wait, they took us to our room, with the understanding, as we climbed the stairs, that we could change rooms the next day. Arriving on the top floor of the bar/restaurant building, we entered this cold room. We went in and began to notice the poor level of cleanliness, the small bathroom. We immediately pointed out that it was cold, and the receptionist replied that they would turn the heating on at 9:00 PM. We had dinner in a beautiful restaurant, both the first and second courses were good. Once back in our room, we noticed that the radiators were still cold, as was the room. It was 9:30 PM, so I pointed out again that the room was cold, the usual response from the receptionist. Moral of the story: a cold night! The next morning, they got married in the new building. The room was small, still '90s style, but at least well insulated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Room rating: 1 Breakfast: 6 Dinner: 7 Spa/pool: 7

27/09/2025: Dated rooms and a windowless bathroom. Superb wellness area, basic but authentic food, pets allowed, family-run, reasonable prices.

26/08/2025: Very clean. The atmosphere is stunning and quaint. I suggest providing a hairdryer in the bathroom.

07/08/2025: We had a great time. Excellent value for money. Very spacious rooms. The lady who runs the hotel is lovely, very kind, and always available. The cakes from the pastry shop are always fresh and phenomenal.

14/11/2025: Every time I go to Bolzano, stopping by Franziskaner Bäckerei is practically a ritual! I can't resist: as soon as I walk in, the smell of freshly baked bread makes my mouth water. Strudel? I always have it before leaving, otherwise the trip would be pointless! And the bread... guys, the pretzels are amazing, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfect for nibbling while walking around the city. Then there are all those other products with (to me) unpronounceable names, but really... they're delicious, each one better than the last! And it's not just the products that make the difference: the ladies and the entire staff are incredible! Always super smiley, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I remember once when I didn't know what to choose, a lady had me try three types of bread, saying, "Try them, you'll see which one you like!"... well, she was right, I went home with a happy bakery haul! 😄 In short, this place is a must-see for me every time I'm in Bolzano. Fantastic products, valuable advice, and genuine smiles! If you're passing through Bolzano, you really can't miss it!

04/11/2025: Every time we come to Bolzano we always eat here, excellent pastry shop 🥐 they have both savoury and sweet, everything excellent, friendly staff, place right in the centre, recommended

21/11/2025: I've been twice, for dinner and lunch with the Törggelen menu. Everything was very good, the atmosphere was traditional. It's a shame they didn't serve chestnuts at lunch. But I recommend it.

11/11/2025: Hello We were a group, booked in advance, and I have nothing good to say. The soup was spoiled. The trifle was cold. My son only ordered one main course and had to wait well over an hour while everyone else at the same table had already received their meals. In general, everything took far too long, and when we inquired, several people received rude replies (look how many there are!). Some even had to wait almost half an hour for drinks... Not recommended!

18/10/2025: Don't post fake photos on Deliveroo, you'll look better. The food is disgusting. P.S. If I order soup and ask for cutlery, please give me a spoon!

22/10/2025: This review is for the coffee shop only, not the hotel. The coffee is decent, but the staff is rude.

23/09/2025: Once a magical place with prompt service and an excellent selection of pastries, today the service is mediocre and the selection is limited and not as excellent as it once was. I've been going to this pastry shop for 35 years, and I speak with full knowledge of the facts.
