Bento Bolzano In Bolzano

The poke and sushi in general are excellent. The problem is the rudeness of the current staff (there used to be a very kind, always smiling girl), who yells at the bill because you can't substitute two vegetables in the poke. Perhaps a polite explanation before putting it together would be much more professional. I'm a regular customer, but faced with such rudeness, I won't be returning; I'm sorry.

Very nice place. The staff is friendly and cheerful. The poke is delicious and worth a try!
