i ate there twice in February 2026. The service was professional and attentive, and the food was delicious. The dishes are different to what is being offered by other restaurants in val gardena. Suitable for solo diners. Can't wait to go back in 2027!!

I state: if you look for good pizza in Val Gardena, go to La Bula it comes close to real napoletan pizza's if that is what you prefere. Service was normal, good as you would expect. Nothing special. Given the place is rather large you notice staff can be busy and occupied occasionally.

We went two nights during our annual ski trip. I want to emphasize that it's a good thing we didn't pay much attention to the Google reviews. We work in the hospitality and tourism sector and we're used to the criticism and excessive demands of customers, as we saw at this restaurant. The first night the restaurant was absolutely packed. Even so, the man we believe to be the owner greeted us with a smile and found us a table. The restaurant was full, so it's understandable that you have to wait for your order to be taken. We weren't paying attention to the other tables or whether their drinks were served before ours; we simply enjoyed being there. We had venison pasta with berry foam and a special pizza. Everything was very good in terms of the food. But we were struck by the bad temper of one customer who sent a dish back because it hadn't arrived at the same time as the other and was two minutes late. Please, a little empathy! People go to a restaurant to enjoy themselves! The second night there were fewer customers than the first, but we were served by a very friendly waiter from Sardinia. We noticed a table that came in after us, and all they ordered was a pizza to share between two. We experience things like this in our business, and I find it incredible that this is the kind of quality tourism some people expect. They probably think that the investment, staff, and everything else involved in running a business can be sustained with just a pizza and water. Keep your spirits up, team! We all make mistakes, and there's always room for improvement, but let's offer constructive criticism!

We had a great experience here. The tiramisu was excellent, the drinks were very good, and both the pizza and pasta were delicious. The atmosphere felt very warm and family-run – it looked like the owner was working behind the bar and even his kids were helping, which made the place feel very genuine and welcoming. A really nice and pleasant restaurant to spend the evening.

The food was delicious and we were very satisfied. However, the service was only mediocre. The waiter was very distracted, inattentive, and mixed up orders. Furthermore, the appetizers and main courses didn't arrive at the same time, and it took a very long time for both to come.

Experience 1. Delicious food. Completely renovated. Excellent value for money. The table service was excellent. The situation at the cash register and the escalation between the owner and the guest, which escalated considerably, wasn't very nice. Try to avoid that, especially when your restaurant is completely full. But aside from that, this company is a real asset. Many of the photos on Google and the website are outdated!!! Experience 2. Another delicious meal. Organizationally, it's chaotic. We made a reservation the day before. Upon arrival, we were no longer recognized. We were given a table, in front of an emergency exit at an awkward angle. Although the problem has been resolved, it still feels strange. Experience in 2026. A very pleasant evening. Delicious food. Super friendly service. Truly excellent value for money.

The service was quite overwhelmed, and we received the food 1.5 hours after arrival; even the mixed salad only arrived 10 minutes before the main course.
